Ferner ist es mög- lich, die 1x@iclcn Schenkel des Elementes vor ihrer Vereinigung mit einem dünnen Metallfilm, z. B. durch Aufdampfen, zu überziehen. Diese erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung des Elementes, insbesondere der Vereinigung ihrer beiden Schenkel, ergibt den großen Vorteil, daß an der Verbindungsstelle der beiden Schenkel ein äußerst geringer Kontaktwiderstand erreicht wird.
