I )fiese l@elaisanordnung-en sind verhältnismäßig kom-
Auxiliary phase switch for single-phase AC motors It is known that the auxiliary phase for <las start-up
of single-phase AC motors by centrifugal
power switch or by small relay-like switches
to turn on. These relay switches use several
Coils, llnt trigger the switching process, and at
the resulting force from the 'magnetic
111113 two coils for operating the switch.
I) nasty relay arrangements are relatively complex
plicated, and cla only the differential forces the switching
effect is a relatively large one
\ tlf @ \ aitcl of copper is required for these relays.
The original invention concerns the improvement of such
1 relay switch.
When switching on the AC motor occurs
in <the main phase Ha the current 1k on. This
Straw Il, # will gladly welcome the invention of a
\ solenoid coil directed. the firn main phase circle lies,
and this in turn closes with its anchor
Contacts the auxiliary phase Hi circuit. If the current Ik drops to In when the motor is running up, the auxiliary phase circuit Hi is closed again.
This circuit has the advantage that the llelaisspule only
is traversed by the pure short-circuit current of the main phase and that the influence
full voltage fluctuations of the network no longer apply.
an ihren Berührungsflächen konisch ausgebildet so
Selbst 1>e1 Netzschwankungen voll ± 300'" arbeitet
(fier Schalter noch einwandfrei, wenn die Strom-
differenz für den Schaltvorgang beispielsweise nur
1 5 °/u beträgt. Der Schalter kann --;()wohl ain 1Iotor

With the usual trace relays, cylindrical or plate-shaped trace cores are used. In order to obtain the stroke required for the switching process, a relatively large air gap must therefore be provided between the magnetic core of the coil and the movable armature, and this in turn requires a high number of ampere-turns. The switches must therefore behave ii, 'i 13 . ig large to ensure the switching operations with security. To please this deficiency, according to the
