in einfacher Weise Abhilfe.Method for producing a steel girder, in particular a steel bridge,
in composite construction and aids for carrying out the procedure for steel girders
In composite construction, shear dowels are used to connect the prestressed concrete alone
provided with the steel structure. For this it is necessary to use the shear anchor
to be firmly connected to the steel structure only after the concrete has been prestressed.
The individual dowel is expediently on a sliding plate, which is a bit wider depending on the situation
or narrower than the belt plate, welded on, and the sliding plate is with
welded to the belt plate after prestressing the concrete. The shear dowels must
stay in the prescribed position even when concreting. There is a stipulation for this
required during concreting work. The obvious measure, the dowels
Screwing it to the carrier straps requires drilling holes in the strap
and thus weakening of the wearer. The subsequent removal of the screws is
difficult and expensive. The other option is to fix the screw anchors using standard screw clamps
Clamping during concreting is also forbidden, since the top
End would protrude into the concrete, so that the clamp is no longer without damage
the concrete or destruction of the clamp can be removed. Here brings the invention
remedy in a simple way.
According to the invention, the sliding plates of the shear dowel are up to
the pouring of the concrete on both sides by means of removable, not when concreting
annoying screw clamps held. The sliding plates
the shear plug
receive slots or bores on their end faces to accommodate the corresponding
trained retaining flanges of the screw clamps. It is advantageous to choose between
the retaining flange and the slot or the hole to provide only a small amount of play.
The pressure screw of the screw clamp is assigned a pressure piece at its head end,
that allows only slight misalignment of the pressure screw. The pressure screw can
be guided in a nut welded onto the one clamp flange.
The drawing shows two exemplary embodiments of the invention, namely in FIGS. I and 3 the partial cross section through a steel beam in composite construction with shear dowels arranged on a sliding plate, in FIGS. 2 and 4 side views of FIGS. I and 3. In the drawings, means a the belt of the steel girder, b the shear dowel consisting of the sliding plate b1 with welded-on dowel plate b2 and round iron dowel b3. The screw clamp consists of a U- shaped or angled dowel c or ci, on the lower pressure flange of which the nut e with a thread for the pressure screw d is welded. At one end the pressure screw d has a fixed or loose toggle g and at its other end a pressure piece f. According to FIGS. I and 2, the upper retaining flange h, which engages with little play in the bore i of the belt plate b, has a round cross-section. The screw clamp in Fig. 3 and 4 has an upper retaining flange L with a rectangular cross-section and engages in a corresponding groove m of the sliding plate bl '. With the small clearance between flange h and bore i. ' or between flange l and groove in, even with eccentric force application of the pressure screw, as shown in Fig. i, a displacement of the dowel is prevented by the corresponding clamping. There is only a slight inclination of the bracket, since the pressure piece f counteracts a lateral displacement of the anchor due to its partial clamping. The pressure piece f itself consists of a conically or spherically bent sheet metal piece on which the pressure screw d, which has a small pin for passage through a bore in the pressure piece, is placed. The mode of operation of the invention is as follows: The push dowels b are loosely placed on the carrier flange at the intended intervals and clamped using the screw clamp. This is followed by the application of the concrete k and, after its application, the removal of the screw clamp. After the concrete has hardened, it is prestressed, whereupon the shear dowels are connected to the belt plate a with the aid of the welds (Fig. I) or o (Fig. 3).
