Waschmaschinen mit Wasserpumpen sind schon in verschiedenen Ausführungen
bekannt. Sie haben den Zweck, das Reiben, Bürsten und Drehen der Wäsche durch eine
stärkere Bewegung des Wassers und der Wäsche beim Waschen zu ersetzen. Bisher konnte
dieser Zweck jedoch nicht in vollkommener Weise erreicht werden. Bei einer bekannten
derartigen Waschmaschine wird das Wasser mit der Wäsche im wesentlichen durch federnd
gelagerte Teller mittels eines Handgriffes in Auf- und Abwärtsbewegung gesetzt.
Hierbei kann aber vom Wasser kein großer Druck auf die Wäsche ausgeübt werden, da
die Teller das Wasser zu schnell seitlich wegdrücken. Man hat daher versucht, das
Wasser durch einen Kolben zu bewegen, dessen federnd gelagerter, gelöcherter Zylinder
durch einen Handgriff auf und ab bewegt wird. Dabei entsteht aber der Nachteil,
daß sich die Wäsche beim Saughub außen an den Zylinder anlegt und den Durchtritt

Hierbei wird gleichzeitig die Feder k zusammengedrückt und wieder entspannt. Die
Ab- und Aufwärtsbewegung des Gehäuses a am Rohrstück h wird von diesem
auf die Hohlwelle d und Spindelmutter f übertragen, wodurch über die
feststehende Drallspindel g das Flügelrad e mit der Hohlwelle d erst in der einen
Richtung und dann in der anderen in Drehung versetzt wird. Da sich nun während dieses
Vorganges das Gehäuse a im Wasser bzw. in der Lauge bewegt, wird dieses durch die
Löcher l vom Fügelrad angesaugt und durch die Löcher rn am Umfang des Gehäuses wieder
nach außen geschleudert. Das Wasser wird daher in dauernden Umlauf gehalten und
somit die Wäsche auf einfachste Weise tadellos sauber und in kürzester Zeit ohne
