Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von stabilem Perborat I?s i,t l@cl:annt. Process for the production of stable perborate I? S i, t l @ cl: annt. Stabilize perlorate by adding silicates, especially magnesium silicate. In this way, one also obtains technical perborate from the production of technical perborate However, a product that can be kept well has to accept that the Solutions produced therefrom due to the, albeit small, content of nfagciesiumsilicate are divided. In cases where clear solutions are desired, e.g. B. at the Use of 1'erhorat for medical purposes, separates 1-ply silicate as a stabilizer because of the sadness achieved.

It has now been found, surprisingly, that an extremely durable, clear-soluble perborate can be obtained if small amounts of nickel salts, in particular nickel chloride or nickel sulfate, are added. To achieve a very good durability enough already generally much lower hfengen of nickel salt, as is required with the addition of magnesium. So was z. 13. With an addition of only 0.04 to 0.04 to 0.05 nickel, based on dry perborate, a product was obtained which had excellent dry stability and gave clear aqueous solutions of very good stability.

When carrying out the method according to the invention, this can optionally still wet perborate immediately after its extraction z. B. with a nickel salt solution, which the required amount of z. B. contains nickel chloride, using an atomizer sprayed, after which the salt is dried in the usual way. Of course Any other method that involves intimate mixing can also be used of the nickel salt with the perborate.

The method according to the invention represents a substantial improvement in the production of perborate, which is known to be a carrier of active oxygen finds a versatile use. The stabilizing effect achieved by adding nickel salt was by no means foreseeable, since it was known that heavy metal salts were used as decomposition catalysts for hydrogen peroxide and per compounds are to be regarded and therefore assumed It had to become that even nickel salts were not stabilizing, but on the contrary one would have a corrosive effect on perborate.
