Description
Formwork for the construction of hollow rib ceilings The invention relates to a formwork for the construction of hollow rib ceilings. In training the Schalurig according to the invention is particularly the lack of wood and steel for the purpose The most economical use of the materials used for the formwork is taken into account. The invention provides for an execution of the formwork in wood as well as in Steel in front. In the case of row buildings, the use of standardized wooden formwork is theoretically possible unlimited use portable and more economical than steel formwork. the However, steel formwork is more adaptable and therefore more economical for general purposes.
The invention consists in that there are essentially three elements that are loosely folded together without fasteners when the formwork is being set up or -plugged: supports or stiffeners resting on the floor, horizontal, bars resting on top of the supports and actual training documents resting on the bars for the hollow bodies and between each two rows of hollow bodies by potting Concrete ribs to be made. A form of wood is useful according to the invention formed so that stiffeners made of round or square wood attached to the upper end Latches and outside or inside these lying support surfaces for horizontal Holms are provided, which are made of two binder-like connected by lining pieces, There are boards lying on edge, on which the lugs of the stiffeners are guided and on which the boards forming the training documents rest, on their Undersides for reinforcement longitudinal strips are attached, which serve as spacers. In the case of formwork made of steel according to the invention, supports are preferably made Steel pipe used, the. horizontal inserted into sleeves Carry spars on which the formwork supports forming sheet iron-shaped lightweight sheet metal profiles rest.
In the drawing, formwork according to the invention is for example shown in two embodiments.
Fig. I shows diagrammatically a wooden formwork; Figures 2 and 3 show the upper ends of the stiffeners in two views; Fig.4 is a side view of a Part of a spar; Fig. 5 shows one end of a spar from below; Fig. 6 is a view from below of part of a formwork support; Fig. 7 shows diagrammatically a steel formwork; Fig. 8 shows a detail of the steel formwork. The wooden formwork according to Fig. i to 6 has the following main parts: vertical, resting on the floor Supports or stiffeners i made of round or square timbers, which are supported by wedges 2 resulting height differences are adapted; horizontal bars 3 and formwork supports 4. At the upper end of each stiffener i lugs 5, 6 are attached to guide the serve on the stiffener resting spars 3. As spars are used instead of the usual Square timber boards 7, 8 are used, which bin.derartig by lining pieces 9 (Fig. 4, 5) are connected. The bars 3 rest either between two lugs 5 and 6 on the Head end of the stiffener (left in Fig. I), or they rest on the outside of the studs according to Fig. 3 left free parts of the head end of the stiffener so that the lugs protrude into the space between the boards 7 and 8 of the spars (on the right in Fig. i). At one end of each spar, a slide can be provided to make it easier the stripping of the walls can be pushed in and to compensate for dimensional differences, in the room widths. The formwork documents 4 consist of ordinary Boards i i, on the underside of which strips 12 are attached for reinforcement and at the same time serve as spacers. From these three main parts 1, 3 and 4 the formwork can be simply stacked on top of one another without any nailing or screwing being constructed. The parts are standardized in the usual sizes.
Diagonal struts 13, which are also standardized, are used for devaluation because the distance between the yokes is the same. The construction and dismantling of this Formwork requires only a few simple steps. The formwork is subject to very little wear, since, with the exception of the screw connection of the diagonal struts 13, all parts are only loosely placed on top of one another will. Since the lengths of the spars and the shuttering board are unchangeable, will this formwork is advantageous for series buildings with rooms of the same size be used.
The acquisition and depreciation costs are compared with those of steel formwork is much smaller.
The steel formwork shown in Figure 7 also has three main parts; Supports 14, spars 15 and formwork supports 16. The inclined on the floor, on walls and _'lnschlag supported supports 14 consist of steel pipes, z. B. of about 11/2 inches in diameter, the top a screwed or welded T-socket 17. As almost all new buildings built in the last few decades have the same storey height of 3 m, older buildings accordingly around 3.25 m, and in addition, the standard definition of the storey heights is aimed for, is unnecessary the often recommended construction of the supports, which are secured by complicated screws and spindles strive to adapt to all heights that occur. In addition to the expensive The rough construction industry only allows the sensitive ones to have a short useful life Expect parts. For these reasons, the supports only need to be in stock in a few lengths to be held.
In order to be able to make a larger height adjustment in exceptional cases, extension pieces 18 (Fig. 8) are provided, which, also tubes, have holes, be inserted into the mandrels to achieve the desired extension.
The spars 15 are likewise pipe sections which are passed through the sleeves 17 pushed «-ground. Three to four supports each together with the associated spars form a support frame. The spars and thus the support frames are loosely over their ends pushed sleeves connected to one another. By flatter or steeper ones Setting up the supports 14 can be smaller without the previously unavoidable wedges Differences in height are compensated.
The formwork supports 16 consist of lining iron-shaped light profiles which, for. B. be edged from 5oo mm wide and 2 mm thick sheets. In order to be able to adjust the profile sheets 16 to any desired rib length by sliding one inside the other, they are slightly conical in the longitudinal direction. Two sheets of metal that are pushed one on top of the other are held together by loosely pushed over brackets. It is advantageous to keep the profile sheets 16 in stock in lengths of 0.5 to 3 m, in steps of 1 / cm each. These lengths can be combined with each other to form any length commonly used in residential buildings. They can also be easily edged from normal sheet metal without loss of cut and on available machines.
Appropriately, under each rib of the ceiling, i. H. under each profiled sheet 16, a support 14 is arranged. The number of rows of trestles to use for a ceiling depends on the spans.
A devaluation of the supports has proven to be unnecessary in practice.
If the surface is smooth, the supports must be secured against sliding off will. This measure is not necessary if the concrete base is rough.
The construction of the formwork is particularly easy as there are no nails or screw connections are to be made. Stripping is carried out piece by piece without any risk. By loosening the supports on one side, the bars are lowered and the profile sheets can be picked up-- ». The particular advantage of this formwork is that all orders Parts are only loosely put together Parts that can be damaged. The formwork can be used for any layout and adaptable, it only requires a few integral parts. The low stress of the individual parts and, if necessary, easy interchangeability guarantee a theoretically unlimited service life.
