B. Flansche, in gleichmäßigen
starre Lage der einführende Bohrer abbricht.1 ~: s are known drilling devices into which drilling bays are used
are to the holes to be drilled in workpieces such. B. Flanges, in uniform
Drill distances. These drill bushings have the disadvantage that very often due to their
rigid position the introducing drill breaks off.
The disadvantage is eliminated by the present invention, namely
by training the drill bushing in such a way that the center hole for the drill
is located in a guide ring that can rotate relative to the drill bushing body,
on the drill bush body by means of rolling elements, for. B. balls, centric to it
Axis is guided and preferably held by a union nut. The union nut
is expedient with lubrication holes for lubricating the bearing surfaces of the rolling element
Mistake. When inserting the drill in the not exactly central position to the drill bushing
the guide ring is set in rotation, which causes the drill to quickly move into
the middle position out and a breaking of the drill as a result of the rotation of the guide ring
is avoided.
The drawing shows the drill bushing in section. The drill bushing, which can be screwed into a drilling jig or into the cover plate a of a drilling device, consists of a drill bushing body b, which has a square or hexagon. The socket body b has a thread onto which the union nut c is screwed. "Between the drill bushing body b and the union nut c there is the guide ring d with the centering hole for the drill bit with the balls e. To ensure a good oil supply to the bearing surfaces of the balls, lubrication holes f are provided in the union nutc. The guide ring d is adapted to the required drill diameter in accordance with the standard, and the edges are slightly rounded so that the drill runs in well. The bore in the union nut c and in the nipple b are a few tenths of a millimeter larger so that the drill can run through properly. Now the drill comes in into the drill bushing, it runs through the drill hole; the union nut c and then enters the guide ring d. If the drill is now slightly inserted on one side, the guide ring starts rotating and rotates with the drill, which causes that the drill does not break off and quickly enters the central position.
