Description
Die Erfindung betrifft die direkte Erhitzung des Badewassers durch elektrische Rohrheizkörper in der Badewanne. Der Vorzug besteht darin, daß das Badewasser auch in geringer Menge direkt erhitzt werden kann, da sich die Heizkörper unmittelbar über dem Boden der Badewanne befinden. Hierdurch fällt die Beschaffung und Wartung eines üb- lichen Heißwasserspeichers fort. Eine Kesselsteinbildung an den Heizrohren ist durch die leichte und laufend vornehmbare Reinigung nicht möglich.The invention relates to the direct heating of the bathing water by means of electric tubular heating elements in the bathtub. Die Abbildung zeigt die Badewanne im Längsschnitt. Die Anschlußstutzen 3 der Heizrohre i sind am Fußende der Badewanne mit Flansch und Gegenmutter befestigt. Am Kopfende der Badewanne werden die Heizrohre in entsprechende Aufnahmestutzen 4 eingeführt. Um eine Behinderung des Badenden zu vermeiden, hat die Badewanne zur Aufnahme der Heizrohre muldenartige Vertiefungen 2 an den Längsseiten (s. Querschnitt). Die Form der Mulden ist so eingerichtet, daß eine vollständige Umspülung der Heizrohre durch das Wasser sowie eine laufende Reinigung gewährleistet ist. Der Übergang der Mulden verläuft mit Gefälle zum Wannenboden, so daß das Wasser restlos abläuft. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Rohrheizkörper mit allseitigem Wandabstand in Mulden an den Badewannenseiten angeordnet sind.The illustration shows the bathtub in longitudinal section.
