Description
Ceiling stone made of concrete The main patent 802 59o has a ceiling stone made of concrete to the object, its upper stone section to accommodate the accruing Compressive stresses from heavy concrete and its lower part made from lightweight concrete in the otherwise usual form. The pressure plate jumps in order to form small transverse ribs back on one or both ends. The dimensions of these small outer ribs however, they are often not sufficient. the compressive stresses from stone to stone with certainty transferred to. It is advisable to cast the stone face at full stone height. In addition, pouring the concrete into the form at the same time requires one Considerable expenditure of time if this is done by means of separating plates that are shaken or Stomp must be pulled again, must happen. These two aforementioned Disadvantages are eliminated by the present additional invention, insofar as the Stone cross-section instead of just a few large openings a correspondingly high number of small ones Has Durclilochungen and that one or both faces of the stone from the Stone upper edge are beveled up to its lower edge, so that when _ \ iieiiiaiiderreillen the stones form wedge-shaped grouting joints, which allow to bring the filling concrete of the fabric joints down to the bottom of the stone, or there will be one or both end faces in full height and width to a corresponding one Dimension set back so that only the lower plate of the stone protrudes on the front sides, whereby the grouting concrete can also be introduced up to the lower edge of the stone. in the in the latter case the possibility is opened up at the same time, Ztt form an iron-reinforced transverse rib. With the. \ Norder of many small voids but there is also the problem of the simultaneous filling of the different concretes solved in the forum chats: this can now be done without any Ililfstretitililecli done by glazing the upper row of hollow spaces in the stone cross-section so that its center line lies exactly where both concretes touch each other. Avoid doing this the core boxes of the hollow chamber row the clutter iling of the concrete ;. they seem as a rake, as it were; only when shaking or pounding are both l'ett> tic in the webs pressed together between the cavities.
By arranging a large number of small f l @) lilr; ittip.e is achieved according to the invention that each ceiling tile is solid from all four sides is in the 14-tone side is> etted; This means that, in addition to the safe return transmission, at the same time remedied a considerable disadvantage of the previous version, which consists in that the plaster on the ceiling at the joints of the front side only ridden loosely together Ceiling stones, supported by their shrinkage, had to tear not easily.
An essential feature of the invention lies in the statements outlined above Benefits in addition to that. dat3 by arranging a large number of smaller f cavities and through the butt joint grouting, which is tar-submerged up to the edge of the stone the @l @@@ lichhcit is open-minded, including the ceiling stones themselves to absorb tension in relation to you 'to attract clitib forces. The previously common 1) corner stonesc finite few large cavities are known to be only loose and up to in the butt joints uncast on a small upper rib. here can transverse forces not be transferred; this version requires a correspondingly high number Bracket in the support rib. This is a particular advantage of the invention ensures that this bracket when using ceiling stones according to deni 1'i object of invention can be entirely or for the most part spared.
A single load falling on the pressure plate of a ceiling stone according to the invention transfers load shares to the on all four boundary sides Concrete of the main support ribs or on the neighboring stones in that the Concrete penetrated into the many continuous hollow spaces like dowels transfers to the neighboring corner stone. Characterized in that the pressure plate on the one hand the actual stone side surface overhangs, on the other hand undercut by a hollow is, the point load is also in the transverse direction analogously to the subsequent Transfer support ribs.
Ceiling stones formed in accordance with the present invention can be used with the same success on strip formwork or between precast concrete clusters. both in the static sense a reinforced concrete rib ceiling with the full width of the pressure plate may be used.
The drawing shows an example of the application of the subject matter of the invention Shown as a reinforced concrete rib ceiling on strip formwork. It shows Fig. I a Partial section of a ceiling, which is made using ceiling stones according to the present Invention is carried out, the ceiling stones are bevelled at suffer end faces, Fig. 2 shows a section along the line 1-I through to the lower edge of the stone Cast wedge-shaped butt joint between two ceiling stones.
The ceiling stones a exist just like your main patent in hers lower, larger stone section made of lightweight concrete. They own at their stone top Pressure plates b made of heavy concrete. These pressure plates are asymmetrical to the stone center line. so that their part c extends far into the support rib d. The side Boundary surfaces f of the pressure plates b protrude over the actual stone side surfaces s from, whereas the lateral boundary surfaces e of the printing plates b by a Groove r are undercut. The center line of the upper cavity p covers: i according to the invention with the line. on which the different stress each other suffer touch.
One or more stone end faces are beveled or set back at full height of the stone, so that filling joints g extend to the lower edge of the stone, into which the grouting concrete o can easily be poured after inserting a distribution iron. Instead of the usual small number of large cavities, the ceiling stones themselves have a large number of small l: ing continuous channels p which allow the grouting concrete o on the face of the stone to penetrate into them to an appropriate extent, thus providing effective dowelling in the face of the stone q to bring about between filling concrete o and stone a. The slab stones laid on strip formwork i form troughs k in their longitudinal direction to accommodate the supporting rib d consisting of steel reinforcement 1, bracket is (if necessary at all) and the concrete to be poured in locally. Instead of the locally introduced support ribs d shown in the drawing, precast concrete beams can also be used, on whose foot flanges the stones according to the invention are finely equipped with a plurality of longitudinal channels p and provided with beveled or recessed end faces.
The advantages of the subject matter of the invention are that the bracket in the support ribs wholly or for the most part are spared that no longer whole Stone parts can fall out after installation, that any cracking in the ceiling plaster it is excluded that each ceiling stone on all four side surfaces in full Height of the grouting concrete is firmly encased and that in a revealing manner slots for Pipelines etc. can be "grounded" into the underside of the ceiling. Furthermore is the heat and sound insulation through the large number of cavities, similar to with the already known multi-perforated bricks for wall masonry, significantly improved. Furthermore, the analogous arrangement of the rows of cavities turn saved from separating sheets in the production of the stones.
The above-described redesign of the ceiling stones can be done without change the features of the invention are also applied analogously to ceiling stones made of fired clay be: in this case the entire stone cross-section can be made of pressure-resistant material or only the pressure plate made of pressure-resistant, on the other hand the lower stone section with Consist of light-weight interspersed material. The benefits and those set out above Advantages also apply unchanged in this case.
