Bei Arbeiten an elektrisch Spannung führenden Betriebsmitteln, besteht dabei die Gefahr von Kurzschlüssen, Sowie Lichtbogen auszulösen, da «ine Überbrückung von Phasen durch die leitfähigen Arbeitsköpfe der Zangen bisher nicht eusgeschaltet worden ist. Durch das vollständige Überziehen der gesamten Zange mit Isolierstoffüberzügen (1) wird also auch der Arbeitskopf mit eingeschlossen.
