Das Feinmehl wird unter gleichzeitiger geringer Anfeuchtung so rasch gerührt oder geschilagen, daß unter genügendem Lufteinschluß eine Auflockerung der Feinmehlteilchen entsteht, deren Raumgewicht dadurch erheblich vermindert wird. So erhält beispielsweise! Zementrohmehl, das an sich ein Raumgewicht von 1,25 bis 1,35 hat, durch Anwendung des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens ein Raumgewicht von weniger als i, z. B. o,8. Das Rühren oder Schlagen des Feinmehls erfolgt mit weit größerer Geschwindigkeit als bei den. üblichen Mischverfahren, denn es ist dabei Sorge zu tragen, daß eine genügende Menge Luft in das Rohmehl gelangt. Im Bedarfsfalle kann man auch während des Riihrens oder Schlagens zusätzliche Luft einblasen. Gleichzeitig wird F,euchti,glee@it, z. B. ein feinverteilter Sprühregen, in dass Luft-Feinmehl-Gemisch eingesprüht; an Stelle von Luft und Sprühregen kann auch Dampf angewendet werden. Die Folge, des erfindungsgemäßen Verfahrens ist eine: feine hrümclung oder Iidrnung des Rohgutes infolge des Zusammenbackens der feinsten Teilchen. Dieses aufgelockerte und feinkörnig -"machte,Zelil eignet sich bed2tt-.tend besser zum Sintern auf dem Dwight-Lloed-Band oder auf ähnlichen Sinteranlagen als dass Material, das nach den bekannten Verfahren behandelt wird. Diesem Material nämlich muß noch Rückgut heigemischt «-erden, um es zum Garsintern geeignet zu machen. Das erfindungsgemäß behandelte Gemisch dageg°_n liegt so locker auf der Sinterauflage-, daß die Luft sehr leicht hindurchtr:ten sowie infolge der Porosität der einzelnen Iiörticlien in diese eindringen kann und das Gut nach Zündung des zugemischten Brennstofies, der dem Feinmehl vor dem Auflockern zugesetzt iierden kann, oder durch einen Brenner rasch gesintert und ebenso rasch «wieder gekühlt «wird.
