It is known that bel newer interlockings with only purely electrical
Locks for switching points or signal drives, so-called support relays
used, cerden. The back-up relays are connected to the control units in such a way that
that a switch or signal drive can only be changed,
when the backup relays have properly changed their position. These bodies
thus have certain two disadvantages that the turnout or signal drives are out of date
changed «, can earth. for example if the backup relay is used during maintenance work
be operated inadvertently by hand.
Such an undesired mechanical actuation is avoided by the invention
the back-up relay avoided, "-as happens by the fact that an electromagnetic lock
(Point setting lock) is connected to the support relay in such a way that the
Dropped out support relays can only attract or operate if they have been activated beforehand
Lock has been removed. You can lock a contact at the same time
actuate. -which can be switched into the circuit of the backup relay,
so that a double security is achieved in that the backup relays only power
can get when the lock has been removed and the contact has been closed.
The invention is explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, for example.
31
In Fig. I i and 2 are the two support relays, which support their armature 3 and .l by the pawls 3 and ü each other. The two anchors are mechanically connected to one another by a connecting piece 7. The connecting piece fi carries an axis 8 in the middle, which. is performed in the camp g. Above the.' axis 8, the blocking relay 2o provided according to the invention is arranged so that the armature io prevents upward movement of the axis 8 in the fallen position. The armature io is rotatable about the bearing ii, so that when the armature is tightened (FIG. 2), the axis 8 can be moved freely upwards. At the same time, the attracted armature closes the contact toi. If one tries now to raise the support relay 2 by hand without the blocking relay 20 having attracted its armature, an upward movement of the axis S and thus a movement of the armature 4 from the support relay 2 is not possible. If, on the other hand, the switch in the signal box is actuated, contact 31 is turned over and contact 32 (FIG. 3) is closed. The blocking relay 20 receives current via the contact 32 and the support relay contacts iio and i2o, it picks up, removes the mechanical block and closes the contact toi; then the back-up relay 2 receives current via the contact toi and the folded contact 3 i and can pick up. The pawl 6 removes the support for the support relay i, it drops out, and the switch can be switched over in the known manner.
