Andererseits. werden die Kerne dieser Transformatoren vielfach mit außenliegendenRü ekschlußschenkelnversehen. Hierdurch wird aber die Ausführung der Ab-leitungen von der Wicklung zu den Durchführungsisolatoren behindert, und es ist erforderlich, die Ableitungen in einem Bogen um den Rückschlußschenkel herumzuführen. Da aber der Schenkel praktisch Erdpotential hat, muß man die Ableitungen voll isolieren, und es ergibt sich eine kostspielige und trotzdem technisch nicht besonders günstige Ausführung.In the case of transformers for high outputs and high operating voltages, the bushing insulators are arranged on the narrow sides of the boiler, taking into account rail transport.
