Device for controlling alternating current commutator motors.
The subject of the present invention is a device for controlling alternating current commutator motors according to patent no.100657, in which the current divider choke coil and the auxiliary transformer have a common iron body and the magnetic circuits of the two each consist of a winding of the current divider choke coil and the auxiliary transformer Coil groups i are independent of one another.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing.
The windings bl and b2 of the current divider choke coil are connected in the same way as in the parent patent via individual switches to the secondary winding A of a step transformer on the one hand and to the motor 0 to be controlled on the other. Likewise, the primary windings b5 and b6 I of the auxiliary transformer, the secondary winding of which is formed by the current divider choke coil b1, b2, are exactly the same with each other and across. a commutator D connected to the secondary winding A of the step transformer as in the parent patent.
In contrast, instead of the one iron body of the main patent, two independent, self-contained iron bodies B7 and Bs are provided, of which one, B7, with the coils bl and b5 and the other, B, with the coils, as can be seen in the drawing b2 and bd is wound, so that for each of these two coil groups there is a magnetic circuit that is independent of the other.
Of course, nothing would stand in the way of arranging the coils bl and b5 on the iron body B7 and the coils b2 and bG on the iron body B8 so that each of the two magnetic legs of the iron bodies B7 and Bs would be wound with a coil. In general, nothing would change in the course of the magnetic lines of force; because the effect would also be achieved in this case that the magnet legs wound with the coils b1 and b5 are magnetically independent of the magnet legs wound with the coils b2 and & ". This independence of the magnetic circuits of the two coil groups bl, b5 and b2, b6 is particularly advantageous in that a reciprocal influencing of the two coil groups by scatter lines is avoided when z.
B. the current strength in the coil bl from the current strength in the coil b2 or the current strength in the coil b5 different from the current strength in the coil b6, so the load is unevenly distributed between the two coil groups.
Another advantage of the device described is that normal magnetic frames, such as those commonly used for single-phase transformers, can be used as iron bodies.
