Description

Core for high frequency coils, made up of finely divided magnetic It is known in high-frequency technology To use coils whose core is made of high frequency iron. Under high frequency iron is to be understood here as a substance consisting of finely divided and isolated from each other with or magnetic particles compressed without a binder. Originally only the inner coil cores were made from these masses. Later one went but also to enclose the coil completely with high-frequency iron. Of the magnetic resistance for the coil flux is thereby reduced to a very low one Decreased value. According to the invention, the high frequency iron core is not complete closed. It has at least three arms made of the same material divided flanges. This ensures that the magnetic L can be used is almost equal to that of a core with a closed shell, but that the losses are considerably lower. The closed core losses are very strong Dimensions can be attributed to capacitive currents between the one potential difference own coil turns flow over the iron shell. While with coils with closed iron shell the Capacity between those on the case adjacent - turns is very large, this is due to the omission of the outer Coat significantly reduced. On the other hand, the increase in magnetic resistance falls due to the omission of the outer jacket, practically no weight at all, because the Lines of force provide almost infinitely large air space for inference stands. To further reduce the price and make better use of the material, the closing bottles are of the core according to the invention also not as full flanges, as already proposed has been executed, but is divided into at least three arms. The magnetic Properties of the core are not affected in any way, because these arms a sufficient number of lines of force can pass through and those between the arms running therefore not pushed away from the coil, but on the shortest path to the outside where they close around the coil.

The overall cross-section of the arms of a flange is not expedient made smaller than the cross section of the inner core, so that no larger ones in the arms Induction occurs as in the inner core.

In. the figures' are shown embodiments of the invention.

Figs. I to 3 show coils, the cores of which are flanged according to the invention own, in plan and section. Figures 4 to 7 show others also according to the invention Core designs.

In Abb. i bedeutet a einen Kern aus. In Fig. I, a means a nucleus from. High frequency iron, the two flanges b, which according to the invention are divided into several arms. The inner core and the flange arms b- are made in one piece. Located on the iron core itself- a coil body c, in which a coil d is wound.

In Figs. 2 and 3, a coil is shown in plan and elevation, those made up of an inner core i and two star flanges placed on this inner core ä and h, consists. The flanges in this case are divided into eight arms.

The arms can be used to give the flanges greater strength also connect at a certain distance from the coil body by high frequency iron. Such an embodiment is shown in Fig. 4 and 5 in plan and section. Here the arms are connected to one another on the face of the core by the parts n.

One can also do so without significantly increasing the losses in the coil the arms on the outer edge still with one in Richtuni; extending to the other flange Approach provided to the direction of the magnetic inference going through the air to be specified more precisely. Such . Arrangement is in Fig. 6 and 7 in plan and section shown. In this version the flanges are in four arms each o subdivided, which are connected to each other by the parts p. At the outer edge of the Flanges are each an annular approach g, which is in the direction of the other flange extends.
