Claims (2)

  1. Patentansprüche:
    i. Vakuumdichte Durchführung einer konzentrischen Leitung durch eine Gefäßwand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenleiter vakuumdicht unmittelbar durch die Gefäßwand hindurchgeführt ist, während der ihn umhüllende Außenleiter innerhalb des Vakuumraumes endet und unter Verwendung eines geeignet ausgebildeten isolierenden Wandungsteiles kapazitiv mit seiner außerhalb des Vakuumraumes liegenden, ihn an seinem Ende konzentrisch umfassenden Fortsetzung verbunden ist.
  2. 2. Durchführung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vakuumdichte Gefäßwand einen im wesentlichen zylindrischen Ansatzteil aufweist, in welchen der innerhalb des Vakuums befindliche rohrförmige Leiterteil hineinragt und der außerhalb des Vakuumraumes von der gleichfalls rohrförmigen Fortsetzung des rohrförmigen Leiters umschlossen ist.
