PA T E N T ANSI' R O C H E :In the case of blowers for conveying chaff, chaff or the like, the separation of the dust contained in the conveyed material is particularly desirable in the case of chaff and chaff intended for fodder purposes. In the known devices, such a dedusting device is arranged at the end of the conveying line or also in front of the suction opening of the fan, which is designed as a centrifugal spinner. These facilities are very extensive and expensive. The invention solves the problem in a very simple and effective way in that in the case of the chaff blowers formed as centrifugal centrifuges aust5 in the housing jacket one or more sieve-like covers; gen-provided openings are provided, | through which the dust is discharged to the outside with part of the conveying air. The openings in the housing jacket can; through a smooth or corrugated sieve or; be covered by a steel wire mesh. Instead, however, part of the housing jacket can also be designed as a sieve jacket on the circumference, which is optionally made of. is set up changeable. [In a further embodiment of the invention i is the one provided with openings or sieves; Housing shell part covered by a discharge chute to the outside. The discharge channel can be designed to be adjustable in order to change its cross-sectional size. An example embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing. • 35 It shows Fig. Ι a side view and Fig. 2 shows a rear view. In the fan housing ι the impeller 2 is arranged, which by means of the screw 3; is attached to the shaft 4 and in the direction of the arrow 5 rotates. The air and thus' the chaff or the like are sucked in through the suction channel 6 in the direction of the arrow 7, captured by the impeller 2 and conveyed out of the housing 1 in the direction of the arrow 8. One or more openings are provided in the housing jacket 9 through which the dust is ejected to the outside with part of the conveying air. In the embodiment shown, the housing jacket 9 consists of a part of its circumference "from a sieve 10 whose hole is dimensioned so that the dust can pass through the sieve to the outside, while the chaff in the housing j! remains and reaches the connected conveying line 12 with the conveying air flow from the discharge 11. The centrifugal effect of the conveyor wheel 2 guides the chaff over the sieve 10, the dust being screened off and at the same time part of the conveying air escaping, which ensures that the sieve is kept clean. The sieve casing 10 is surrounded by a collecting or discharge chute 13 which discharges the separated dust at its lower end 15. The collecting container 13 is pivotably attached to the housing jacket 9 by means of pins 14 and is held in the respectively desired position by the wing screw 16, the bolt of which is guided in the elongated hole of the adjusting piece 17. This setting has the advantage that it enables the weak air flow emerging from the fan with the dust to be regulated. This regulation is also useful, since with a short conveying line 12 connected, more air is conveyed than a longer line. If the line is longer it must therefore be opened more strongly in order not to throttle the air escaping with the dust too much. In the exemplary embodiment, the screen jacket 10 is designed to be exchangeable. PA T E N T ANSI 'R O C H E:
