Claims (13)

1. Pu Lvermeta LLurgisehe Prothesevorrichtung zur Implantation im menschlichen Körper, wobei ein Teil von dieser der Verbindung mit einem Knochen dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Vorrichtung einen ersten Teil aus weitgehend vollverdichteter Legierung (16) und einen zweiten, eine vo 11 verdichtete Einlage (12) mit einer daran gebundenen LegierungspuLverschicht (14) einschliessenden Teil umfasst, wobei diese Pu I verschicht (14) eine geringere Dichte als jener weitgehend voLlverdichtete Teil aufweist.
2. Pulvermetallurgische Prothesevorrichtung zur Implantation im menschlichen Körper, wobei ein Teil von dieser der Verbindung mit einem Knochen dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Vorrichtung einen ersten Teil aus weitgehend vollverdichtetem Legierungspulver (16) und einen zweiten, eine vo11verdichtete Einlage (12) mit einer daran gebundenen LegierungspuIverschicht (14) einsch I ies senden Teil umfasst, wobei diese Pulverschicht eine geringere Dichte als jener weitgehend vollverdichtete Teil aufweist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese LegierungspuLverschicht (14) Oberflächenporen mit einem Durchmesser im Bereich von 100 bis 400 Mikrometern besitzt.
4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese LegierungspuIverschicht (14) eine Pu I vertei I chengrösse von -35 bis +40 USA-Normsiebgrösse aufwei st.
5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden AnsprU-che, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser erste Teil aus
einem Legierungspulver mit einer Pu L vertei Lchengrösse von -35 USA-Normsiebgrösse besteht.
6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses LegierungspuLver gegenüber menschlichen KörperfIUssigkeiten inert ist.
7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden AnsprU-che, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Legierungspulver eine aus Titan, einer Legierung auf Kobaltgrundlage oder Edelstahl bestehende Legierung ist.
8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese Pulverschicht (14) zu weniger als 70% verdichtet ist.

Pu Ivermeta Ilurgisches Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Prothesevorrichtung zur Implantation im menschli chen Körper, wobei ein Teil von dieser der Verbindung mit einem Knochen dient, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Form (10) mit einem Formhohlraum herstellt, der im wesentlichen der Konfiguration dieser Prothesevorrichtung entspricht, einen ersten Teil dieses Formhohlraums mit Legierungspulver (16) fUllt, in einen zweiten Teil dieser Form eine vollverdichtete Einlage (12) einsetzt, diese Einlage (12) mit einer Schicht Legierungspulver (14) umgibt, wobei jenes Legierungspulver (16) in dem besagten ersten Teil feiner ist als dieses Legierungspulver (14) in dem besagten zweiten Teil, diese Form (10) auf eine erhöhte Temperatur erhitzt und diese Form (10) bei der erhöhten Temperatur zum Pressen dieses Pulvers einem isostatischen Druck aussetzt, wobei das Pulver (16) jenes ersten Teils auf weitgehend volle Dichte gepresst und das Pulver (14) jenes zweiten Teils an diese Einlage (12) gebunden und auf eine geringere als die volle Dichte gepresst wird.
10. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Legierungspulver (16) jenes ersten Teils eine Pu I verteiIchengrösse von -35 USA-Normsiebgrösse und das Legierungspulver (14) jenes zweiten Teils eine Pulverteil chengrösse von -35 bis +60 USA-Normsiebgrösse aufweist.
11. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch ge-
kennzeichnet, dass dieses Legierungspulver gegenüber menschlichen KörperflUssigkeiten inert ist.
12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Legierungspulver eine aus Titan, einer Legierung auf Koba11grund lage oder Edelstahl bestehende Legierung ist.
13. Verfahren nach einem der AnsprUche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Pulver (14) jenes zweiten Teils auf eine Dichte von weniger als 70% der vollen Dichte gepresst ist.
