Description
Building block The subject of the invention is a building block, its spatial shape has two vertical inclined surfaces.
The drawing shows in Fig. I a cross section, Fig. 2 a longitudinal section, Fig. 3 the block in the diagram from above. It means: i the building block, 2 the bridge, 3 the recess, 4 the inclined surface.
The three-dimensional shape of the building block is made up of two right-angled parallelepipeds has been developed. Of two parallelepipeds of equal size, extending in the longitudinal plane touch the right parallelepiped (Fig.2) in this longitudinal surface from the left to the right and then shifted from this position from below to above (Fig. i). The two parallelepipeds have a rectangle as a contact area. The right and Contact surfaces of the two parallelepipeds protruding to the left are placed on the beveled along the entire length of the vertical side of the contact rectangle (4). By doing The parallelepiped, shifted from bottom to top, is recess 3 at the bottom and at the top the corresponding web 2 is provided. The result is that illustrated by Fig. 3 Spatial shape of the building block.
The individual building blocks are placed one inside the other on a bridge. The layer obtained in this way forms the web for the subsequent layer at the top.
Through the two inclined surfaces 4 and the web 2, the stones so firmly connected that the usual bonding with mortar is unnecessary. It is therefore easily possible using the module described without building mortar. The spatial dimensions of the module can easily be selected according to the building regulations. As a material for the building block can be used, for example: aerated concrete, cellular concrete, pumice stone, porous cement, Concrete stone, all types of brick, natural stone, manufactured using sawing technology, Glass, wood.
The block can be used for a wide variety of masonry and has the advantage that, due to its simple shape, it can be built quickly without Mortar enables and, compared to masonry of a similar type, a tensile strength in the direction of the wall Masonry results.
