Description

Building block with continuous grooves and ribs in the storage areas. The invention relates to a module. with continuous grooves and rib. in the storage areas. Such a stone is designed according to the invention in such a way that it has a longitudinal center rib at the bottom and two or more transverse grooves, and a longitudinal center rib that fits into these grooves at the top. It is true that building blocks which interlock with continuous grooves and ribs i "eina" are known per se, but could not. Since they also have transverse ribs in addition to the longitudinal rib, they are not produced in the extrusion process, but only through the more expensive pressing Are to be cut from the side, allows the advantageous production in the strand process. Furthermore, the lack of transverse ribs allows for convenient bricklaying without the otherwise required accuracy in fitting all of the ribs and grooves together. This also results in a. quick and cheaper bricklaying. Furthermore, since the grooves after the new design when bricking. The stones do not take up ribs everywhere, rather they are partly open: against that. holes evenly distributed over the entire wall surface create a better one. Stop; the holes are also the right place to insert wall plugs. Figs. I through 7 give examples of such. Building block and associations made with it. Fig. I is a longitudinal view of the building block with the above continuous: longitudinal rib c and the below. lying transverse grooves b. Fig. 2 gives a head view with the upper longitudinal rib c and the lower longitudinal toll a. Fig. 3 gives the diagram: of a masonry, on which it can be seen in particular that the bricks do not need to fit one another exactly in the longitudinal direction during masonry, and also how the transverse grooves b remain open at the sides. Fig.q. and. 5 give. Top view and side view of a wall with vertically continuous (hatched) cavities. According to Fig. 6: and 7 these cavities are lined with stones of the same type. everywhere the Nutena and b open openly into the Mauerwanid at regular intervals. Such building blocks can be made of any material, such as burnt clay, sand-lime brick, cement stone, wood, and any dimensions; Their design is also applicable to wall panels and cuboids.

Meanwhile, wind as a building material for the new bricks with special Advantageously, clay or loam can be used because these materials can be manufactured becomes very practical in extrusion presses.
