Pneumatic copier The invention relates to a
Pneumatic copying device for large-area copied goods with an overhead, horizontal one
Glass pane and arranged below it. serving for the edition of the copied material
Printing blanket, which are in a perpendicular plane to each other, including the copy goods, adjustable
and in the copying position can be sealed airtight by air suction using air pumps
are.
These copying machines are preferably usable for economical
Manufacture of workpieces to be processed, such as metal sheets, plates, or the like
error-free copying of the processing points and surfaces onto the workpiece
by means of an original serving as a doctrine, which for a multitude of in the same
Way to be processed pieces is used, so that there is the time-consuming scribing
each individual piece is no longer required by hand.
The known copying devices of this type are for very large areas
Copies, especially unsuitable for the economic production mentioned at the beginning,
because the loading of the large-area copy goods is not only very difficult, but
also associated with the risk of damaging the glass pane, furthermore the lifting
and lowering as well as flaps of the heavy and large glass pane vibrations
is subject to and causes tension in the glass pane, which the glass pane to
Can bring rupture.
Drucktuch
nebst seinem verstellbaren Rahmen auf einem
Fahrgestell ein- und ausfahrbar ist, so daß
die Beschickung der Kopiervorrichtung ab-
seits der Glasscheibe vorgenommen werden
kann.
Durch die Gegenstände der Unteransprüche
wird der Erfindungsgegenstand in vorteil-
hafter Weise «-eiter ausgebildet.

Eine Glasscheibe i in großflä chigein Aus-

lug. - -
Unterhalb der Glasscheibe i und innerhalb
des durch die Säulen 3 gebildeten Raumes ist
das aus Gummi bestehende Drucktuch 6 vor-
gesehen, das an seinen Rändern mit einer
z;egen die Glasscheibe gerichteten Abdich-
tungswulst 7 versehen ist. Das Drucktuch ist
an seinen Randseiten an einem Rahmen 8 Be-
festigt, der wiederum auf einem starken
Eisenrahmen 9 angeordnet ist. Unterhalb des
Rahmens 9 ist ein -zweiter starker Eisen-
rahmen io vorgesehen, der als Fahrgestell
ausgebildet und mit Rollen i i versehen ist.
Die Rollen i i sind auf Fahrbahnen 12 an-
geordnet. Der Eisenrahmen 9 ist mittels
mehrerer senkrecht an den Längsseiten der
Rahmen 9 und io angeordneter Spindeln 13I,
und Spindelmuttern 14 mit dem Eisenrahmen
io verbunden. Auf den Spindeln 13 sitzen
Schraubenräder 15, die in Schraubenräder 16
eingreifen, welche auf Wellen 17 gelagert
sind, die seitlich des Rahmens io verlaufen
und an dem Rahmen io gelagert sind. Die
Wellen 17 sind an den Ecken des Rahmens
io miteinander durch Kegelräder verbunden
und werden gemeinsam durch ein Handrad
1 8 angetrieben. Beim Drehen dieses. Hand-
geordnete Gewindespindeln 2t finit dein Eisen-
rahmen 9. verbunden ist. Die Shin(leli) 2l
tragen Kegelräder 22, die durch einen mittels
des Handrades 23 betriebenen Triel> ?.4 in
Umdrehung versetzt werden, so daß Bei
Rechts- oder LinlIsdrehung des Handrades 23
der die Platte i9 tragende Holzrahmes> ?o für
sich gehoben oder gesenkt werden kann. Die
Platte i9 ist elastisch gegen den Holzrahmen
2o abgestützt.
An den beiderseitigen Enden der Fahr-
bahn 12 sind Puffer 25 vorgesehen. Soll die
Vorrichtung mit dem Kopiergut beschickt
werden, so wird das das Drucktuch tragende
und die Stellvorrichtungen enthaltende Fahr-
werk, das ins nachstehenden der Einfachheit
halber als Wagen bezeichnet wird, aus-
gefahren, also in eine Stellung gefahren, die
allseits der festen Glasscheibe i lier;'t. Um
die Standsicherheit des `'Wagens in der aus-
gefahrenen Stellung (Beschickungsstellung)
wie auch der eingefahrenen Stellung (Kopier-
stellung) zu gewährleisten, ist in Verbindung
mit dein Fahrgestell des Wagens eine zwei-
armige Feststellvorrichtung 26 und an den
die Beschickungsstellung bzw. die Kopier-
stellung begrenzenden Stellen Bodenblockie-
rungen 27 vorgesehen, in die die F eststellvor-
riChtttng -a6 selbsttätig einfällt. Die Beiden
Arme der Feststellvorrichtung 26 sind ge-
lenkig miteinander verbunden und stehen in
Verbindung mit einem hervorstehenden Full-
Bebel z8. Bei dessen Bedienung wird die
Feststellung gelöst. Der Fußhebel -28 steht
unter der Wirkung einer am Fahrgestell
befestigten Feder 29, die den Fußhebel wieder
anhebt, wodurch die Arme der Feststellvor-
richtung in die Fangstellung zurückgedrückt
werden.
Am Fahrgestell des Wagens, und zwar
unten, ist ferner eine unter Federwirkung
stehende Stoßstange 30 vorgesehen, die gegen
lie an den beiderseitigen Endvif der Fahr-
bahn 1.2 sitzenden Puffer 25 gerichtet ist und
wirkt.
(abgebrochene punktierte Stellung in Abb. i
und 2) ist das Drucktuch 6 von allen- Seiten
und von oben bequem zugängig. Um beim
Einbringen und Herausnehmen des Kopier-
gutes, was in dieser ausgefahrenen Stellung
Glasscheibe i in Schließstellung gebracht.
Alsdann wird die Luft aus dem Raum
zwischen Glasscheibe und Drucktuch abge-
saugt, zu welchem Zweck eine (nicht dar-
gestellte) Vakuumpumpe vorgesehen ist, die
mittels eines Schlauches bei A (Abb. i) an
36 vorgesehen. Die Lampen 36 sind auf der
Fahrbahn 35 und somit über der Glas-
scheibe i hin und heer bewegbar vorgesehen,
was man als Lauflicht bezeichnet. In den
beiderseitigen Endstellungen der Fahrbahn 35
erfolgt eine selbsttätige Umsteuerung des
Lampenfahrwerkes.
In order to avoid these disadvantages, according to the invention, the frame carrying the glass pane is fixedly arranged, while the printing blanket lying below the glass pane along with its adjustable frame on one
Chassis is retractable and extendable, so that
the loading of the copier
