Description

Rust removal agent for removing the rest of iron-containing body surfaces The invention relates to a means for developing rusting of ferrous body surfaces, and it consists in that. that on the rusted Material an aqueous solution for exposure k-irtg is brought, which in addition to lactic acid ciin \ letall double salt or metal double salt and contains appropriately dissolved lalloids. Rust removal agent under ßenetzting v) n Liquids containing mineral ; aurcn or macules are known to have ; ilicr the disadvantage. on the skin of it To cause severe damage to workers. .1ul: @erdcm mostly generate them in non-im- Ix # träclitliclieii quantities harmful to health Fumes. The material to be derusted is in this respect, they are unfavorable. than them too Loss of substance of the rusted material bring itself finite. There were also organic Siiureii, ww especially aromatic sulfonic acids, for Rust removal suggested, however, closing on their application to get fast To avoid re-rusting, a \ Teutra.li- they adhere to the surface; gcl> lic _ # - necessary acid. It has now been found that it is more complete Post removal avoids these disadvantages \ r if you use a water ria for rust removal; c Solution of lactic acid, which is added a metal double salt or @Ietalldopl> tasalrc contains. The effect of this solution kaivi eriiii- duly in its .1iin-eiicluiigsforni still can be improved if colloids solves which the 01ierflacliei7SpaiuitrirY between the rusted metal surface and reduce the amount of rust removal fluid when using the liquid in order process the effect by reducing it the evaporation rate and Vrr- prolongation of the state of dissociation heights. After sufficient exposure, the vis- liquid that has become coser removed. Man can also pretend that one rusting objects in the liquid lays and after. the removal the adherent Liquid removed. Finally you can also treat the rust removal agent in the same way especially beneficial to use dal maul in water-carrying radiator pipes the sub- constantly punch according to the invention includes and thereby a permanent rust removal achieved. what origin and impact of Permanently prevents rust damage. One uses erriiid according to z. 13th one watery solution containing 5 to 5% lactic acid. up to 16t? "o ferric ammonium sulfate and = bis - () 0 e.g. D. with cliloralli -, - drat liquefied gela- tine contains. For extensive protection against re-use rosturg one can also use the solution n ocli U- ; add a lot of dissolved clirotnates. Loading sallders can be beneficial inan for this purpose @o proceed, that you use the @Ietalldoppelsaize so selects. dal3 as a cation of the double salt Chrome is chosen. but it also works the iron that is formed on the Eiseiloi @ t: rii: iclie iactate of an imminent 1 re-rusting etit- @c; @en.
