Verfahren zur Verbesserung der Lichtechtheit fadenbildender synthetischer
linearer Hochpolymeren Fadenbildende synthetische lineare Polymeren (sog. Superpolymeren)
.Process for improving the lightfastness of synthetic thread-forming
linear high polymers thread-forming synthetic linear polymers (so-called superpolymers)
show in the form of products with a large surface area, such as threads, foils and coatings, a
similar sensitivity to exposure, especially to rays from the ultraviolet
Part of the spectrum, such as structures made from natural protein substances, e.g. B. natural silk.
In terms of magnitude, however, there can be significant differences. Some
synthetic polyamides, e.g. B. the polyamide from e Amincaproiisäure or its lactam,
behave much more favorably than natural silk, others are a little easier to understand
as this. An increase in sensitivity to comparable condensation products
mixed polyamides are made up of the individual components. In general
the sensitivity to light, the less good the orientation of the thread molecules
is. Impurities and decomposition products can also affect the light resistance
affect unfavorably. .

It has now been found that a be-.r, - J__ r of the linear polyamides is achieved if you give them manganese compounds in small amounts, for. B. o, oi to i ° / "based on the metal, incorporated.
B. alkoholisch-wässerigen Lösungen %'on Mischpolyamiden,
zuzusetzen.

Will man Mangan in größerer Menge einfüh-
die Mangansalze der Ameisensäure oder Man-
ganverbindunren von phenolischen Verbin-
