Diese Feststellung ist bisher nur dadurch möglich, daß das Holz in Scheiben zerlegt und die Feuchtigkeit dieser Scheiben einzeln bestimmt wird Da bei ungleichmäßiger Feuchtigkeitsverteilung infolge der Trocknung das Feuchtigkeitsgefälle in den äußersten Holzschichten am größten ist, wird diese Aufgabe erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß eine Messung entsprechend dem AnsprucI des Patents 708045 vorgenommen wird, die infolge des Durchstoßens der äußersten Schichten deren fehlerhaften Einfluß ausscheidet und hierauf eine Messung an der gleichen Stelle mit Plattenelektroden derselheu Kontaktfläche, wie sie die Grundplatte besitzt, in der die Spitzen eingebracht sind, durchgeführt wird, wobei die zweite Messung den Einfluß der äußersten Schichten berücksichtigt. Stimmen beide NIeßergebnisse überein, so ist die Feuchtigkeit im Holz vollständig ausgeglichen, während Unterschiede in den Meßergebnissen ein Maß für ein noch vorhandenes Feuchtigkeitsgefälle sind.
