Die Ausrück- etc. Vorrichtung functionirt wie folgt:The release etc. device functions as follows:

Durch die beiden Stirnräder ii^l wird die Schnecke a' und durch diese das Schneckenradsegment b bewegt. Der Stift g, welcher in den Hebel e befestigt ist, vermittelt die Bewegung zwischen der Ausrückstange h und dem Segment b, während der Hebel e an seinem unteren Ende eine Schleife e¹ trägt, in welcher das Gewicht/ hin- und herrollen kann, um die Umsteuerung zu vervollständigen. Damit die Riemen nicht fortwährend in gleitender Bewegung sind, ist der in dem Segment b befindliche· Schlitz b' doppelt so lang als der ganze Hub des Ausrückers, und um dem Gewicht / seinen Weg bestimmt vorzuschreiben, mufs die Laufbahn der Schleife e^l ganz gerade sein und genau in einem rechten Winkel zur Mittelstellung des Hebels e stehen.The worm a 'is moved by the two spur gears ii ^l and the worm wheel segment b is moved by them.
