Es ist bekannt, dafs alle alkoholischen Getränke, sowie Speise- oder Brennöle, namentlich für Genufs- und auch andere Gebrauchszwecke trotz der mit gröfster Sorgfalt ausgeführten Reinigungsverfahren nicht in reinem Zustande erhalten werden können, da sie mit Aldehyden, ätherischen Oelen und anderen gefährlichen, unangenehm schmeckenden Beimengungen versetzt sind. Das vorliegende neue Verfahren, welches für alle Getränke verwendbar ist, bezweckt nun die Zerstörung der genannten schädlichen Beimengungen durch Oxydirung derselben in einem besonderen Apparat, indem die in Staubform verwandelte Flüssigkeit der Einwirkung von Sauerstorf oder Ozon unter eigenthümlicher elektrischer Erregung der zu behandelnden Flüssigkeit in dem Apparat selbst ausgesetzt wird. Zugleich wird hierdurch die Entwickelung des Aromas des Getränkes begünstigt. Die Reinigung der Getränke wird auf diese Weise schnell und gründlich bewirkt. Die elektrische Erregung wird in dem Apparat hervorgerufen und gleichzeitig die Wirkung des Sauerstoffs oder Ozons noch bedeutend erhöht, indem ein aus Sauerstoff bezw. Ozon und Flüssigkeit bestehendes Gemisch unter sehr starkem Druck in zwei auf einander treffenden Strahlen in den Apparat eingeführt wird. Hierdurch tritt eine starke Zerstäubung und gleichzeitig infolge des heftigen Anpralls dieser Strahlen gegen einander, sowie durch die plötzliche Abnahme der Spannung des Sauerstoffs bezw. Ozons elektrische Er^ regung ein und infolge dessen eine kräftigere Wirkung des Sauerstoffs bezw.
