Description

Umlaufender Spritzkopf für Farbspritzanlagen Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen umlaufenden Spritzkopf für Farbspritzanlagen. Die bei den bisher bekannten Einrichtungen ähnlicher Art auftretenden Nachteile konstruktiver und betrieblicher Natur werden durch die vorliegende Erfindung vermieden, indem i. eine Verschmutzung laufender Teile durch das Spritzmittel infolge geeigneter Düsenanordnung nicht auftritt, 2. eine ,gute Spritzwirkung durch hohe Drehzahl des umlaufenden Teiles sowie flachen Spritzkegelivinkel erreicht wird, 3. .eine Störung des zerstäubten Spritzmittels durch ,die Antriebsabluft nicht eintritt und q.. durch einfachen Aufbau der Einrichtung schnelles Zerlegen, Reinigen und gegebenenfalls Reparieren rasch möglich ist. Die Zeichnung, welche schematisch und unmaßstäblich ist, zeigt den Erfindungsgegenstand in drei Abbildungen. Der Hauptstrom des Betriebsmittels d verläßt den Ringkanal i an der Ringdüse g, dabei das Spritzmittela in bekannter Weise zerstäubend. Die Ablenkdüse r, welche ebenfalls vom Ringkanal i her mit Betriebsmittel versorgt wird, sendet einen Betriebsmittelstrahl s normal (unter einem Winkel a von 9o°) zur Hauptströmungsrichtungi aus, welcher das zerstäubte Spritzmittelu ablenkt.
