Die Erfindung behandelt eine Neuerung an Abfüllapparaten für moussirende Getränke zum Abfüllen derselben ohne Kohlensäureverlust auf Flaschen mit Scharnierverschlufs. Die Construction derselben besteht darin, dafs ein an das Mittelstück a des Apparates angeschraubter durchlöcherter Boden b gleichzeitig als Führung eines Stempels dient, mittelst dessen die Flasche nach erfolgter Füllung durch Druck auf den Hebel h und durch die Federn ν und vl verschlossen wird. Durch die Federn ν und v1 wird auch der Flaschenverschlufs in der Hülse k in geöffnetem Zustande, wie gezeichnet, erhalten. Der Verlust an Getränken wird durch einen getheilten Gummiring g beim Abfüllen auf ein Minimum beschränkt.
