Die Leuchtstofflampe wird von Fassungen 5 gehalten, die auf einem die zum Betrieb der Leuchtstofflampe erforderlichen Schaltelemente aufnehmenden Sockel 6 angebracht sind. Die Spannungsversorgung der Lampenschaltung erfolgt mit Hilfe von Batterien 7, die im unteren Teil des Kastenunterteiles angeordnet sind. Das Kastenunterteil ist durch eine Frontklappe 8, in die eine Glasscheibe 9 eingelassen ist, abgeschlossen. Hinter der Scheibe 9 ist im Kastenunterteil der Fahrplan angebracht. Die Transistorleuchte wird mit Hilfe eines Druckknopfschalters 10 in Betrieb gesetzt. Der Druckknopfschalter 10 ist so ausgebildet, daß die Leuchte nur im niedergedrückten Zustand des Druckknopfes eingeschaltet ist. Das Kastenunterteil kann bei dieser Ausführung wegen des entfallenden Vorsprunges einfacher ausgeführt werden. Die übrige Ausführung des Fahrplankastens ist ähnlich wie die nach Fig. 1. Die Batterien 7 sind ebenfalls im unteren Teil des Kastens angeordnet und von außen unsichtbar, da sich die Glasscheibe 9 nur im Mittelteil der Frontplatte befindet. Ober- und Unterteil sind durch undurchsichtige Kasten- bzw. Frontplattenwände 1b bzw. 8a abgedeckt. Die Wartung des Fahrplankastens kann in der Weise erfolgen, daß die Batterien bei Fahrplanwechsel überprüft und gegebenenfalls durch neue ersetzt werden. Die Verwendung einer Transistorleuchte bzw. einer anderen batteriebetriebenen Beleuchtungseinrichtung ist besonders auch deshalb vorteilhaft, weil der Fahrplankasten, Schaukasten oder dgl. unabhängig von einer zentralen Stromversorgung ist und daher an beliebiger Stelle, insbesondere an Stellen an denen ohnehin eine Stromversorgung mit Hilfe des Netzes schwierig ist, angebracht werden kann.Instead of a transistor lamp, an incandescent lamp could of course also be arranged, but the incandescent lamp has the disadvantage compared to the transistor lamp that it has a higher current consumption with a lower light output.
