Description

Um Flüssigkeiten fein zu verstäuben, wird der bei α in das Mundstück eintretende Flüssigkeitsstrahl getheilt in einen durch die Mittelöffnung b aufsteigenden und in mehrere durch die Oeffnungen c C1 u. s. w. seitlich in den oberen Gehäusetheil mündende Strahlen. Durch die hiermit erreichte Drehung der einzelnen Flüssigkeitsstrahlen findet die Zerstäubung statt.
Fig. 2 und 3 stellen verschiedene Ausfühungsformen der Anordnung Fig. 1 dar. Für chemische Zwecke sind hierbei die eingeschraubten Düsen aus Speckstein hergestellt gedacht. Fig. 4 zeigt eine Anordnung,' bei welcher durch Auf- oder Niederschrauben des Mittelstückes d die seitlichen Oeffnungen c C1 u. s. w. verkleinert oder vergröfsert werden können. Ebenso kann der Mittelstrahl durch Schliefsen der Oeffnung b beseitigt. werden.

    Flüssigkeitszerstäubungsdüse, welche aufser den tangentialen Oeffnungen (c) noch eine axiale Oeffnung (b) behufs Erzeugung eines vollen Staubkegels hat.
