> i, 3-Dioxybenzol -<-
4, q.'-Diaminodiphenyl-2, 2'-disulfonsäure > (i
Before the re-coppered or metal-free dye known from French patent 78q.829, No. 8 of the table, of the composition: 2-Amino-i-oxybenzeneq.-sulfonic acid> i, 3-dioxybenzene - <- 4, q. ' -Diaminodiphenyl-2, 2'-disulfonic acid> (i -amino-8-oxynaphthalene-3, 6-disulfonic acid <acidic i-amino-q.-nitrobenzene], the corresponding dye produced by the present process is characterized by better acidity - and alkali resistance and better lightfastness.
Beispiel i 138 kg i-Amino-¢-nitrobenzol werden in bekannter
Weise diazotiert. Die Diazoverbindung wird mit 285k- 2-amino-5-oxynaphthalin-7-sulfonsaurem
Natrium in saurem Mittel vereinigt.
Example i 138 kg of i-amino [-nitrobenzene] are diazotized in a known manner. The diazo compound is combined with 285k- 2-amino-5-oxynaphthalene-7-sulfonic acid sodium in an acidic medium. When the formation of the monoazo dye is complete, 2o9 kg of diazotized i-aminobenzene-q-sulfonic acid (2H20) are run in and the coupling is carried out using alkaline soda. When this has ended, a solution of about 420 kg of sodium sulfide is added to the coupling mixture and the mixture is stirred until the reduction of the nitro group has ended. The dyestuff solution is then made Congo acidic for desulphurisation and the precipitated and squeezed-out amino disazo color is dissolved again with soda solution and filtered. The filtrate is then mixed with a solution of about 70 kg of sodium nitrite, made Congo acidic with hydrochloric acid at low temperature and stirred until the dianotation is complete. Hereinafter allowed a Lrisung of 1 10 kg of r, shrink 3-dioxybenzene in the diazotization and coupling, the sodaalkalisch. When it has ended, a solution of 2r8 kg of dianotated r-amino-q.-nitrobenzene-2-sulfonic acid is allowed to flow into the coupling mixture, which has disappeared after a short coupling period. After another solution of about 350 kg of sodium carbonate in 1q.001 of water has been added, a solution of 138 kg of dianotized r-amino-q-nitrobenzene is finally added. The clutch runs for about 20 hours. The resulting pentakisazo dye is then salted out with: about ro% sodium chloride with simultaneous blunting to a weakly alkaline reaction and pressed.
Beispiel 2 138 kg r-Amino-q.-nitrobenzol
werden in bekannter Weise dianotiert, und die Diazoverbindung wird mit 3631--9 r-amino-8-oxynaphthalin-3,
6-disulfonsaurem Natrium in saurem Mittel gekuppelt.
The dried dye dissolves in water with a deep brown color, in concentrated sulfuric acid with a black color and gives leather extensive, full, red-embroidered, dark brown colorations. Example 2 138 kg of r-amino-q.-nitrobenzene are dianotized in a known manner, and the diazo compound is coupled with 3631-9 r-amino-8-oxynaphthalene-3,6-disulphonic acid sodium in an acidic medium. When the coupling to the monoazo dye has ended, tens of kg of dianotated r-aminobenzene-4-sulphonic acid (2H20) are allowed to run in and the coupling is carried out in a da-alkaline manner. When it has ended, the disazo dye is mixed with a solution of about 20 kg of sodium sulfide and stirred until the reduction is complete. This reduction mixture is then rendered Congo acidic with hydrochloric acid, the aminodisazo dye which has separated out is pressed off and dissolved in hot soda-alkaline solution and filtered to free the sulfur. After cooling, the filtrate is treated with a solution of 70 kg of sodium nitrite, acidified to the Congo at a low temperature and stirred until the dianotation has ended. A solution of 1 1 0 kg of r, 3-dioxybenzene is then allowed to run into the diazotization mixture and the coupling is made alkaline with soda. When it has ended, a solution of 218 kg of dianotated r-amino-q.-nitrobenzene-2-sulfonic acid is allowed to flow into the coupling mixture, which has disappeared after a short time. After a solution of about 350 kg of sodium carbonate in 1400 l of water has been added, a solution of 138 kg of dianotated r-amino-q-nitrobenzene is finally added. The clutch runs for about 20 hours. The P: entakisazo dye formed is then salted out and pressed with about ro% sodium chloride while at the same time blunting to a weakly alkaline reaction. It is a greenish black powder, dissolves in water with dark olive green, in concentrated sulfuric acid with greenish black color and dyes leather in greenish black tones.
