denen Feuchtigkeit zwischen beiden Metallen eindringen und zerstörend wirken kann;
Double metal contact wire There are double metal contact wires for overhead lines
The grinding surface consists of an electrically conductive and a wear-resistant one
forming part. Sometimes it is useful to get the core wire of the contact wires out well
to encase conductive metal (aluminum) with the more wear-resistant metal. It
contact wires are known in which a copper wire is enclosed by an iron pipe
and the intimate connection of the two parts is made by means of intercalated solder
is. However, this type of production is cumbersome and in terms of connection
also not reliable with larger contact wire lengths. It can also be used for sheathing
of the part made of highly conductive metal a sheet metal strip in the longitudinal direction so around the
Core are shaped so that the edges collide. But these edges form one
open seam and surrender, especially if they run above or to the side, places on
where moisture can penetrate between the two metals and have a destructive effect;
if the joints run at the bottom, this means that the smooth ones have deteriorated
Grinding surface. These seams can be closed by welding. Through this
however, the production becomes quite cumbersome. In addition, a weld means
especially when it runs in the longitudinal direction, one of the flexibility of the double metal line
severely debilitating stiffening.
According to the proposal of the main patent 687-57, a closed,
Made of wear-resistant metal, a non-round, well-conductive jacket
Sheath metal existing core wire. Here, the shell that is on the core
is applied,
have such a clear width that they are at
Deforming by reducing the cross section of the core wire nestles on all sides. as
closed shell is used with consideration for the contact of various 1 metals
expediently a galvanized pipe made of iron (or steel) or a pipe made of an aluminum alloy.
Its cross-sectional narrowing in order to adapt to the shape of the core wire (for example
made of pure aluminum) is expediently done by pressing, rolling or pulling in
cold or warm condition. The closed shell has a circular or
another, for example oval cross-section. For manufacturing reasons, the
Wall thickness of the pipe expediently upwards zti by taking into account the clamp fastenings
shaped head of core wire around lower. The aluminum core can take place
from a shaped piece.; with upper egg ties for the clamps) from two partial wires,
for example a thicker round wire and one above it, the Fahrdralitkopf
forming core wire. The shell can be heated before deforming, so
that after deformation it shrinks onto the core wire when it cools down.
weitere Bearbeitung. In the case of the contact wire produced using this process, the sheath is
applied to the finished core wire, and the double metaldralite experiences
winding up, d. H. narrowing and fitting the sheath to the core wire, none
further processing.
In the method according to the invention, the procedure is as follows:
that on the initially unfinished core wire a closed shell of larger lights
Width loosely applied and after pressing through to the unfinished core wire
Pulling or rolling the still unfinished double metal wire to another target or
Subject to rolling process and its surface area down to the desired cross-sectional size
of the finished double metal falirdralite is reduced in size. A material shift takes place here
of the double metal contact wire, both parts in the longitudinal direction, d. H. one
Stretching and thus the possibility of an initially short double metal wire
to obtain a contact wire of greater length.
