Description

B. bei der Verwendung als Anreibie.öl für die Druckhydrierung vorn Kohle, erhebliche Störungen durch Bildung von Polymerisätionsprodukten verursachen. überraschenderweise wurde nun gefunden, daß solche Störungen dann nicht auftreten, wenn die bei der Druckhydrierung entstehenden Produkte mit halogenbindenden Erdalkaliverbindungen, versetzt und die über etwa 3oo° siedenden öle oder Rückstände von, festen Stoffen, z. Ammoniumcarbonat kann man auch Ammoniak. und Kohlensäure unter Druck verwenden. Die genannten Stoffe werden dem öl in kleinen Mengen, z. B: o, 5 bis 2 % oder etwas mehr, bei gewöhnlicher oder mäßig erhöhter Temperatur, z. B. bei 2o bis ioo°, zweckmäßig in Gegenwart :geringer Mengen Wasser, zugesetzt. Nach dieser Behandlung können die öle filtriert werden; im allgemeinen ist jedoch eine Filtration nicht erforderlich. Aus dem Abscheider werden die hoch-.-siedenden Verflüssigungsprodukte abgelassen und geschleudert.
