Kleidern, werden -b.ekamitlich auf besonderen Nähmaschinen in der Weise hergestellt, daß bei dem Stoff vorzugsweise über einer sc@nurförmigen- Einlage von entsprecherider Dicke ein: nach der gewünschten Linie verlaufender Wulst gebildet und dieser zu seiner Aufrecht-@eThaltung mittels eines .auf seine Breite eingestellten= Nadelpaares und eines quer zur Längsrichtung der Biese hin und- her gehenden Greifers durch zwei seitlich zu ihm liegende Oberfäden und einen an seiner Unterseibe im Zickzack geführten Unterfaden vernäht wird. Die so erzeugten Biesen erfüllen den mit iluien verfolgten Zweck der Erzeugung eines rdliefartig plastisch wirkenden Ziergebildes'auf Mänteln oder anderen Kleidungsstücken nur unvollkommen, da sie sich hierfür nicht genügend von ihrer Unterlage, d. h. dem übrigen Stoff des Kleidungsstückes, abheben.
