Description
- Im allgemeinen werden wasserlösliche oder wasserdispergierbare Granulatpräparate durch Verfahren, die eine Schwenk- oder Wirbelschichtgranulation, Verdichtung, Tablettierung umfassen, oder durch Sprühen des aktiven Materials auf einen vorgeformten Träger hergestellt.
- Die U.S. 3 920 442, ausgegeben am 18. November 1975, beschreibt ein allgemeines Verfahren zur Herstellung wasserdispergierbarer Granulatpräparate.
- Die U.S. 4 197 112, ausgegeben am 8. April 1980, beschreibt ein wasserdispergierbares Triazin-Herbizidpräparat, das aus einem Triazinherbizid und einem oberflächenaktiven Mittel besteht.
- Die japanische Patentanmeldung 52/30577 (CA88:1627p) beschreibt eine Pestizid-Düngemittelpräparat mit langsamer Freisetzung, das ein Insektizid, Polyoxyethylenmonooleat und Harnstoff umfaßt.
- Die japanische Patentanmeldung 47/43822 (CA80:67436S) beschreibt ein stabilisiertes Insektizidpräparat, das Diazinon, Polyethylenglycol-400, Harnstoff, Kieselsäurehydrat und Diatomeenerde umfaßt.
- Die Erfindung stellt ein wasserlösliches oder wasserdispergierbares körniges Pestizidpräparat in Schichtform zum Ausbringen durch wäßriges Sprühen bereit, worin wenigstens eine Schicht umfaßt:
- (1) 0,1 bis 50 % eines wasserlöslichen Pestizids oder einer wasserlöslichen Form davon oder einer in Wasser dispergierbaren Form eines darin dispergierten Pestizids;
- (2) 1 bis 20 % eines Trägerstoffs, ausgewählt aus wasserlöslichem Polyethylenglycol, Polypropylenglycol oder einem Derivat, einem Copolymeren oder einem Gemisch daraus mit einem Gewichtsmittelmolekulargewicht im Bereich von 3000-8000, der Substrat (3) bedeckt, um die genannte Schicht darauf zu bilden;
- (3) 50-98,9 % eines wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren körnigen Substrats mit einem Teilchendurchmesser von wenigstens 500 um;
- wobei sich alle Prozentangaben auf das Gewicht, auf der Grundlage des Gesamtgewichts von Schicht und Substrat, beziehen.
- Besonders bevorzugte körnige Substrate sind Kaliumcarbonat, Harnstoffgranulate, Granulate von:
- 2,4-Dichlorphenoxyessigsäure,
- 4-Chlor-2-methylphenoxyessigsäure,
- (+/-)- oder (R,+)-2-(4-Chlor-2-methylphenoxy)-propionsäure,
- Glyphosat,
- Metribuzin,
- Methabenzthiazuron,
- Kombinationen davon oder ihre landwirtschaftlich geeigneten Salze oder festen Formulierungen.
- Bevorzugt wird ein körniges Präparat, worin (die) das Überzugspestizid(e) in den Trägerstoff eingebettet ist (sind) und das (die) Überzugspestizid(e) aus 0,5 bis 40 % des Gesamtgewichts besteht(en), das Polyethylenglycol, Polypropylenglycol oder die Derivate davon aus 3 bis 15 % des Gesamtgewichts bestehen und das Substrat aus 70 bis 98 % des Gesamtgewichts besteht.
- Besonders bevorzugt als Überzugspestizide werden:
- 2-[[N-(4-Methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-N- methylamino]-carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-benzoesäuremethylester,
- 3-[[[[(4-Methoxyl-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-amino]- carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-2-thiophencarbonsäuremethylester,
- Methyl-2-[[[[(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)-amino]- carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-methylbenzoat, ein landwirtschaftlich geeignetes Salz davon oder eine wasserdispergiebare Pulver-Formulierung davon,
- Methyl-2-[[[[(4-methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)- amino]-carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-benzoat,
- 2-Chlor-N-[(4-methoxyl-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)- amino]-carbonyl-benzolsulfonamid
- und die landwirtschaftlich geeigneten Salze und wasserdispergierbaren Formulierungen des zuvor Genannten.
- Gemäß einem weiteren Gesichtspunkt unserer Erfindung kann das Präparat hergestellt werden, indem das genannte wasserlösliche oder wasserdispergierbare körnige Substrat mit dem genannten Trägerstoff im Reinzustand zusammengebracht wird, wobei das Substrat überzogen wird, das überzogene Substrat während der Trägerstoff im flüssigen Zustand vorliegt, mit dem genannten wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren fein verteilten Pestizid zusammengebracht wird und danach ein überzogenes Granulat gewonnen wird. Das Pestizid kann zusammen mit dem Glycolträgerstoff eingearbeitet werden.
- Ein weiteres Verfahren zur Herstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Präparats umfaßt das Zusammenbringen des genannten wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren körnigen Substrats mit dem genannten Trägerstoff im Reinzustand, Erhitzen des so erhaltenen Gemisches auf eine Temperatur im Bereich von 60-125 ºC, um den Trägerstoff wenigstens teilweise zu schmelzen und dadurch das Substrat zu überziehen, Kontaktieren des überzogenen Substrats, während der Trägerstoff in einem geschmolzenen Zustand vorliegt, mit dem genannten wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren feinverteilten Pestizid und danach Abkühlen des resultierenden Präparats unter Rühren, um den Trägerstoff zu verfestigen. Vorzugsweise wird die Temperatur im Bereich von 70-90 ºC gehalten.
- Das gebräuchlichste Verfahren zum Ausbringen landwirtschaftlicher Pestizide umfaßt ihre Verdünnung in einem Lösungsmittel und das anschließende Versprühen der resultierenden Lösung oder Dispersion. Aufgrund der zunehmenden Kosten für nichtwäßrige Lösungsmittel und der Toxizität einiger von ihnen erfreuten sich Formulierungen, die wasserlösliche oder wasserdispergierbare Granulate umfassen, einer zunehmenden Beliebtheit. In solchen Formulierungen sollten die dispergierten, beim Verdünnen gebildeten Teilchen nicht größer als 50 um und vorzugsweise kleiner als 10 um in ihrer größten Ausdehnung sein, um ein Verstopfen der Düsen oder ein vorzeitiges Absetzen zu vermeiden, was zu einer ungleichmäßigen Ausbringung des Pestizids führt. Folglich wird bevorzugt, daß sich sämtliche Komponenten des formulierten Produkts schnell und vollständig in dem Verdünnungswasser auflösen.
- Herkömmliche Verfahren zur Herstellung der wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren Granulate umfassen Wirbelbett- oder Schwenkgranulationstechniken oder das Tränken von vorgeformten mineralischen Granulaten mit einem aktiven Pestizid. Granulate, die durch Wirbelschicht- oder Schwenkgranulation hergestellt sind, sind im allgemeinen nach dem Verdünnen sprühbar, während die Tränkpräparate mechanisch, beispielsweise unter Verwendung von Zerstäubern, ausgebracht werden.
- Oft ist es wünschenswert, Gemische aus zwei oder mehreren Pestiziden mit verschiedenen Funktionen zu verwenden, um eine Breitbandkontrolle über eine Vielzahl von Unkräutern und/oder unerwünschten Organismen bereitzustellen, beispielsweise ein Gemisch aus einem Herbizid und einem Insektizid. Leider sind einige der einzelnen Komponenten physikalisch oder chemisch als Gemische inkompatibel, insbesondere bei einer Langzeitlagerung. Beispielsweise sind Carbamat-Insektizide in Gegenwart von alkalischen Komponenten im allgemeinen instabil. Sulfonylharnstoff-Herbizide sind bekanntlich in Gegenwart von sauren Materialien instabil. Die chemische Inkombatibilität kann auf einer Verunreinigung beruhen, die in dem Zusatz-Pestizid und nicht in der biologisch aktiven Komponente selbst vorhanden ist. Aus diesen Gründen wäre es wünschenswert, ein sprühbares formuliertes Produkt zur Verfügung zu haben, das aus Teilchen oder Körnchen besteht, worin die aktiven Komponenten physikalisch getrennt vorliegen.
- Die Erfindung umfaßt kostengünstige wasserlösliche Granulate oder wasserdispergierbare Granulatformulierungen, hergestellt durch Schichten oder Aufziehen eines wasserlöslichen Pestizids oder einer vorformulierten wasserdispergierbaren Form eines Pestizids auf ein körniges Substrat, das selbst wasserlöslich oder wasserdispergierbar ist, unter Verwendung von wasserlöslichem Polyethylenglycol als Trägerstoff. Die Herstellung dieser Formulierungen umfaßt die Verwendung einfacher Mischtechniken und einer einfachen Apparatur, im Gegensatz zu den spezialisierten Techniken und der spezialisierten Apparatur, die für die Wirbelschicht- und Schwenktgranulationsverfahren erforderlich sind. Die Anwendung eines einfachen Mischens erlaubt ferner die leichte Einarbeitung der Formulierungshilfsstoffe und Stabilisatoren.
- Viele Pestizide sind zu trockenen fließfähigen körnigen Präparaten formuliert worden, die zum Überziehen durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren geeignet sind. Sie umfassen Herbizid-Sulfonamide, Phenyletherherbizide, Glyphosat, Metribuzin, Brornacil, Diuron, Hexazinon, Manzat, Flusilazol, Oxamyl und Hexythiazox.
- Wasserlösliches Pestizid bezieht sich auf Verbindungen, die sich in Wasser im wesentlichen unter den Temperatur- und Konzentrationsbedingungen auflösen, bei denen das Ausbringen (z.B. Sprühen der Lösung) durchgeführt werden soll.
- Pestizid (aktiver Bestandteil) bedeutet Herbizide, Fungizide, Insektizide, Nematozide, Mitizide, Viruzide, Algizide, Bacterizide, Pflanzenwachstumsregulatoren, Entlaubungsmittel, Insektenlockstoffe und Insektenschutzmittel und insbesondere kompatible Kombinationen des vorgenannten. Bevorzugt werden Herbizide, ausgewählt aus der Klasse der Herbizidsulfonylharnstoffe, die als nichteinschränkende Beispiele die folgenden Verbindungen umfaßt. Jede von diesen kann wasserlöslich sein oder kann in einer wasserdispergierbaren oder wasserlöslichen Form formuliert werden:

- Bevorzugte Überzugspestizide sind die landwirtschaftlich geeigneten Salze der Herbizid-Sulfonylharnstoffe.
- Besonders bevorzugte Überzugspestizide sind Lithium- und Natriumsalze von 2-[[N-(4-Methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2- yl)-N-methylaminocarbonyl]-aminosulfonyl]-benzoesäuremethylester.
- Eine wasserdispergierbare Form eines Pestizids bezieht sich auf die verschiedenen landwirtschaftlich geeigneten Formulierungen, einschließlich benetzbarer Pulver, die in Überzügen verwendet werden, und trockener fließfähiger Materialien, die als körnige Substrate verwendet werden. Bevorzugt als Substratklassen werden trockene fließfähige Formulierungen aus Herbizidmaterialien und Harnstoffgranulaten.
- Bevorzugte wasserlösliche Polyethylenglycole sind Feststoffe, die ein Gewichtsmittelmolekulargewicht zwischen 3000 und 8000 aufweisen. Beispiele umfassen Carbowax -Polyethylenglycole, die anhand ihres Gewichtsmittelmolekulargewichts benannt werden (Union Carbide Corporation). Derivate der wasserlöslichen Glycole, z.B. Ester und Ether, sind ebenfalls verwendbar. Beispiele für diese umfassen Macol DNP150, ein Nonylphenol-Derivat, hergestellt von Mazer Chemicals, Inc., und Carbowax -Methoxypolyethylenglycol 5000 (Union Carbide Corporation). Polyethylenglycole mit ungewöhnlich hohen Molekulargewichten können aufgrund ihrer geringen Lösungsgeschwindigkeit unpraktisch sein. Ferner können Polyethylenglycol- oder Polypropylenglycol- Polymere mit niederem Molekulargewicht und ihre Derivate, die normalerweise flüssig sind, verwendet werden. Jedoch ist die maximale Menge des aktiven Materials, die in den Überzug eingearbeitet werden kann, im Vergleich zu einem festen Trägerstoff geringer. Beispiele für flüssige Trägerstoffe sind Polyethylenglycole oder Methoxypolyethylenglycole mit Molekulargewichten von 200 bis 600, Polypropylenglycole, Polyethylenglycol-Derivate, wie flüssige Pluronic - Polyethylenglycol/Polypropylenglcol-Copolymere und weitere handelsübliche wasserlösliche Polyethylenglycol-Derivate, wie die oberflächenaktiven Mittel Tween 20 und 40 (ICI), die Polyoxyethylensorbitanfettsäureester sind.
- Eine breite Palette von Materialien kann als körniges Trägersubstrat verwendet werden, einschließlich von Granulaten (z.B. Harnstoff, Ammoniumnitrat), Kristallen (z.B. Zuckern) oder auch von wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren körnigen Formulierungen weiterer Pestizide oder Düngemittel (z.B. Herbizid-Sulfonamide, Herbizid-Phenylether und Herbizidphosphononomethylglycinderivate). Die Verwendung solcher körniger Formulierungen als feste Träger erlaubt somit die Herstellung wasserlöslicher oder wasserdispergierbarer körniger Formulierungen von sonst inkompatiblen Gemischen aus Pestiziden, wobei die einzelnen Komponenten in getrennten Schichten isoliert sind. Das Substrat kann ein körniges Pestizid allein oder in Kombination mit den obigen inerten Materialien oder dem Düngemittel oder ein oder mehrere unterschiedliche Pestizide umfassen.
- Wenn dieses Substrat ein Material ist, das alkalische Lösungen ergibt und das Pestizid ein Herbizid-Sulfonamid ist, kann das Herbizid-Sulfonamid in der technischen Form verwendet werden, und das wasserlöslichere Salz kann erzeugt werden, wenn das Granulat in Vorbereitung zum Aufsprühen in Wasser gegeben werden. Ein Beispiel für ein alkalisches Substrat ist körniges Kaliumcarbonat. Diese Verbesserung macht einen getrennten Salzbildungsbeschleuniger unnötig.
- Der Trägerstoff kann mehr als einen aktiven Bestandteil enthalten, sofern sich die Bestandteile nicht in unerwünschter Weise interaktiv verhalten. Mehrere Trägerschichten können eingesetzt werden, um die Bestandteile zu trennen, um eine unerwünschte Wechselwirkung zu verhindern.
- Bevorzugt unter den vielen bekannten Herstellungsmitteln sind mechanische Mischer.
- Gemäß einer Ausführungsform wird das körnige Substrat mit dem festen Polyethylenglycol oder einem davon abgeleiteten Trägerstoff vermischt und unter permanentem Rühren auf 60- 125 ºC, vorzugsweise auf 70-90 ºC, erhitzt, bis das Substrat überzogen ist. Das aktive Mittel oder ein Gemisch aus aktiven Verbindungen in feinverteilter Form wird anschließend zu dem heißen Substrat gegeben. Die Mischung wird langsam auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt, wobei alles unter permanentem Rühren verläuft. Wenn eine zweite Schicht hinzugefügt werden soll, kann vor dem Abkühlen noch Trägerstoff hinzugegeben werden, worauf die Zugabe von weiterem Pestizid erfolgt. Alternativ kann die abgekühlte Masse wieder erhitzt werden und ein zweiter Überzug, wie zuvor beschrieben, aufgetragen werden.
- Wenn das Substrat ein biologisch aktives Material oder ein formuliertes biologisch aktives Material ist, erzeugt das Überziehen der Oberfläche mit Trägerstoff und einer weiteren biologisch aktiven Verbindung ein körniges Produkt in Schichtform, in dem die aktiven Verbindungen physikalisch getrennt vorliegen.
- Alternativ kann ein aktives Mittel oder ein Gemisch von aktiven Mitteln mit dem geschmolzenen Trägerstoff vorgemischt werden, und das Substrat kann zuletzt zugegeben werden.
- Wenn ein flüssiger Trägerstoff verwendet wird, wird die obige Verfahrensweise befolgt, jedoch entfällt das Erhitzen.
- Die folgenden Beispiele dienen der Erläuterung, schränken jedoch die erfindungsgemäßen Präparate nicht ein.
- Ein Gemisch aus 5,0 g Harnstoffgranulat und 0,3 g Polyethylenglycol mit einem Gewichtsmittelmolekulargewicht von 8000 (Carbowax -Polyethylenglycol 8000, Union Carbide Corp.) wurde auf einem Dampfbad unter sanftem Rühren erhitzt, bis das Granulat vollständig mit dem Polymeren überzogen war. Anschließend wurde 1,0 g des Natriumsalzes von 2-[[N-(4-Methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-N-methylaminocarbonyl]-aminosulfonyl]-benzoesäuremethylester in gepulverter Form unter permanentem Rühren und Erhitzen hinzugegeben. Sobald das Granulat gleichmäßig mit der aktiven Verbindung beschichtet war, wurde das Erhitzen unterbrochen, und die resultierenden Körnchen wurden unter permanentem Mischen auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt. Das Produkt enthielt 15 % 2-[[N-(4-Methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5- triazin-2-yl)-N-methylaminocarbonyl]-aminosulfonyl]- benzoesäuremethylester. Eine Probe von 1,0 g löste sich bei 522 ºC in 100 ml Leitungswasser unter sanftem Rühren in 45 Sekunden vollständig auf.
- Beispiel 1 wurde unter Verwendung eines Gemisches aus 0,9 g des Lithiumsalzes von 2,4-Dichlorphenoxyessigsäure und 1,0 g des Natriumsalzes von 2-[[N-(4-Methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5- triazin-2-yl)-N-methylaminocarbonyl]-aminosulfonyl]-benzoesäuremethylester als aktive Komponenten wiederholt. Das resultierende Granulat löste sich unter den in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Bedingungen in 38 Sekunden vollständig in Wasser auf.
- Beispiel 1 wurde unter Verwendung von 0,9 des Magnesiumsalzes eines Gemisches von Dichlorprop - P(R)-2-(2,4-Dichlorphenoxy)-propionsäure und 0,1 g des Natriumsalzes von 2-[[N-(4-Methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-N-methylaminocarbonyl]-aminosulfonyl]-benzoesäuremethylester als aktive Komponente, wiederholt. Das resultierende Granulat löste sich innerhalb von 60 Sekunden in Wasser auf.
- Beispiel 1 wurde unter Verwendung von Macol -DNP150 (Dinonylphenol-Derivat von Polyethylenglycol, Molekulargewicht 6000, Mazer, Chemicals, Inc.) anstelle von Polyethylenglycol wiederholt. Die Auflösungszeit betrug 55 Sekunden.
- Ein Harnstoffgranulat (28,8 g) wurde in einer sich drehenden flachen Schüssel auf 80 ºC erhitzt und portionsweise mit 54,6 g Carbowax 8000 behandelt. Das Mischen wurde fortgesetzt, bis das gesamte Granulat überzogen war. Anschließend wurden stufenweise 20,5 g des Natriumsalzes von Express hinzugegeben, während das Drehen fortgesetzt wurde, um ein sorgfältiges Gemisch zu gewährleisten. Anschließend wurden noch 4,0 g des Carbowax und 9,0 g des Natriumsalzes von Express nach und nach und stufenweise hinzugegeben. Das überzogene Granulat wurde anschließend unter permanenten Schwenken abkühlen gelassen und lieferte ein körniges Produkt, das 41 % Express enthielt.
- Unter Verwendung des in Beispiel 1 beschriebenen Verfahrens wurden die folgenden körnigen Produkte hergestellt. Beispiel körniges Nummer aktiver Überzug Träqerstoff Substrat Express Natriumsalz Thiameturon-methyl Natriumsalz + Express -Natriumsalz +(2:1) Bensulfuron-methyl Zucker Harnstoff
- Ein Gemisch aus 0,3 g Carbowax -Polyethylenglycol 8000 und 0,5 g gepulvertem Natriumsalz von Ethyl-2-[[[[(4-Chlor-6- methoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)-amino]-carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]benzoat wurde unter Erhitzen auf einem Dampfbad gerührt, bis das Pulver von dem Polymeren benetzt wurde. Dann wurden 5,0 g wasserdispergierbares Lexone -Granulat (75 % Metribuzin, Hersteller E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Company) hinzugegeben. Das Gemisch wurde gerührt, wobei erhitzt wurde, bis ein gleichmäßiger Überzug beobachtet wurde. Das Granulat wurde anschließend unter permanentem Rühren auf Raumtemperatur abgekühlt. Das resultierende Produkt bildete innerhalb von 60 Sekunden in Wasser eine Dispersion, um ein sprühbares Gemisch zu ergeben, das dispergiertes und aufgelösten Metribuzin zusammen mit dem aufgelösten Natriumsalz von Ethyl-2-[[[[(4-Chlor-6-methoxy-2- pyrimidinyl)-amino]-carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-benzoat enthielt.
- Beispiel 5 wurde unter Verwendung eines Herbizidgranulats als Substrat und 0,6 g Polyethylenglycol 8000 als Trägerstoff wiederholt. Das resultierende Granulat ist wasserdispergierbar und enthält 36 % 2-(2-Chlorphenyl)-methyl-4,4- dimethyl-3-isooxazolidon.
- Unter Verwendung des in Beispiel 16 beschriebenen Verfahrens wurden die folgenden körnigen Produkte hergestellt. Beispiel Nummer aktiver Bestandteil im Überzug Trägerstoff trockenfließfähige körnige Formulierungen Express Thiameturonmethyl lithiumsalz Krovar II (Bromacil)
- Beispiel 1 wird unter Verwendung von 8,0 g Harnstoffgranulat, 0,54 g Carbowax 8000 und 1,74 g Londax , das 60 % 2-[[[[(4,6-Dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)-amino]-carbonyl]- amino]-sulfonyl]-methylbenzoat enthält, und einer 40%igen Hilfsstoff-Formulierung wiederholt. Das Pulver wurde zur Herstellung von unbeschichtetem Londax 60DI, einem handelsüblichen Produkt, das zur Kontrolle von Unkräutern in Reis verwendet wird, verwendet. Das überzogene Granulat, das 10,1 % des aktiven Bestandteils enthält, ergibt etwa 1 Minute nach dem Auflösen in leicht gerührtem Wasser eine feine Dispersion des aktiven Bestandteils.
- Beispiel 1 wurde unter Verwendung von 8,6 g Harnstoffgranulat, 0,28 g Carbowax 8000, 1,0 g der in Beispiel 1 eingesetzten Pulver-Vormischung und 1,12 g Natriumhydroxid- Pulver wiederholt. Das resultierende Granulat enthält 10,1 % des aktiven Bestandteils. Bei Zugabe zu leicht gerührtem Wasser löste sich das Produkt innerhalb etwa 1 Minute als Ergebnis einer Bildung des wasserlöslichen Salzes des aktiven Bestandteils in situ durch Reaktion mit Natriumhydroxid vollständig auf.
Claims (16)
1. Wasserlösliches oder wasserdispergierbares körniges
Pestizidpräparat in Schichtform zum Ausbringen durch
wäßriges Sprühen, worin wenigstens eine Schicht umfaßt:
(1) 0,1 bis 50 % eines wasserlöslichen Pestizids oder
einer wasserlöslichen Form davon oder einer in
Wasser dispergierbaren Form eines darin
dispergierten Pestizids;
(2) 1 bis 20 % eines Trägerstoffs, ausgewählt aus
wasserlöslichem Polyethylenglycol,
Polypropylenglycol oder einem Derivat, einem
Copolymeren oder einem Gemisch davon, mit einem
Gewichtsmittelmolekulargewicht im Bereich von 3000
bis 8000, der das Substrat (3) bedeckt, wobei die
genannte Schicht darauf gebildet wird;
(3) 50 bis 98,9 % eines wasserlöslichen oder
wasserdispergierbaren körnigen Substrats mit einem
Teilchendurchmesser von wenigstens etwa 500 um;
wobei sich alle Prozentangaben, bezogen auf das
Gesamtgewicht von Schicht und Substrat, auf das Gewicht
beziehen.
2. Körniges Präparat nach Anspruch 1, worin das Pestizid in
den Trägerstoff eingebettet wird.
3. Präparat nach Anspruch 1, worin die Prozentsätze von
Pestizid, Polyethylenglycol und Substrat 0,5 bis 40 %,
3 bis 15 % bzw. 70 bis 98 % betragen.
4. Präparat nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, worin zwei oder mehrere
unverträgliche Pestizide in getrennte Schichten des
Trägerstoffs eingebettet werden.
5. Präparat nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, worin
das Pestizid ausgewählt wird aus:
2-[[N-(4-Methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-N-
methylamino]-carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-benzoesäuremethylester
3-[[[[(4-Methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-amino]-
carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-2-thiophencarbonsäuremethylester,
Methyl-2-[[[[(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)-amino]-
carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-methylbenzoat,
Methyl-2-[[[[(4-methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-
amino]-carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-benzoat,
2-Chlor-N-[4-methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-
amino]-carbonyl]-benzolsulfonamid,
und die landwirtschaftlich geeigneten Salze und
wasserdispergierbaren Formulierungen des Zuvorgenannten.
6. Präparat nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, worin
das Substrat in Form eines Granulats vorliegt.
7. Präparat nach Anspruch 6, worin das Granulat ein
Harnstoffgranulat ist.
8. Präparat nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, worin
das Polyethylenglycol ein Gewichtsmittelmolekulargewicht
im Bereich von 3000 bis 6000 aufweist.
9. Präparat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 oder 8, worin
das Substrat als Körnchen vorliegt, ausgewählt aus:
2,4-Dichlorphenoxyessigsäure,
4-Chlor-2-methylphenoxyessigsäure,
(+/-)- oder (R,+
)-2-(4-Chlor-2-methylphenoxy)-propionsäure,
Glyphosat,
Metribuzin,
Methabenzthiazuron,
Kombinationen davon und die landwirtschaftlich
geeigneten Salze und festen Formulierungen des
Zuvorgenannten.
10. Präparat nach Anspruch 9, worin das Überzugspestizid
ausgewählt wird aus:
2-[[N-(4-Methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-N-
methylamino]-carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-benzoesäuremethylester,
3-[[[[(4-Methoxyl-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-amino]-
carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-2-thiophencarbonsäuremethylester
Methyl-2-[[[[(4,6-dimethoxy-2-pyrimidinyl)-amino]-
carbonyl]-amino]sulfonyl]-methylbenzoat, und
Methyl-2-[[[[(4-methoxy-6-methyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-
amino]-carbonyl]-amino]-sulfonyl]-benzoat,
und die landwirtschaftlich geeigneten Salze und
wasserdispergierbaren Formulierungen des vorgenannten.
11. Präparat nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, worin das Substrat ein
Granulat aus 2,4-Dichlorphenoxyessigsäure oder ein
landwirtschaftlich geeignetes Salz oder eine feste
Formulierung davon ist.
12. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Präparats nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis 11, welches umfaßt Kontaktieren des
genannten wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren
körnigen Substrats mit dem genannten Trägerstoff im
Reinzustand, wodurch das Substrat überzogen wird,
Kontaktieren des überzogenen Substrats, während der
Trägerstoff im flüssigen Zustand vorliegt, mit dem
genannten wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren
feinverteilten Pestizid und danach Gewinnen eines
überzogenen Granulats.
13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, bei dem das Pestizid
zusammen mit dem Glycol-Trägerstoff eingearbeitet wird.
14. Verfahren zur Herstellung eins Präparats nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis 11, welches umfaßt Kontaktieren des
genannten wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren
körnigen Substrats mit dem genannten Trägerstoff im
Reinzustand, Erhitzen des so erhaltenen Gemisches auf
eine Temperatur im Bereich von 60 bis 125 ºC, um den
Trägerstoff wenigstens teilweisen zu schmelzen und um
dadurch das Substrat zu überziehen, Kontaktieren des
überzogenen Substrats, während der Träger im
geschmolzenen Zustand vorliegt, mit dem genannten
wasserlöslichen oder wasserdispergierbaren fein
verteilten Pestizid und danach Abkühlen der
resultierenden Masse unter Rühren, um den Trägerstoff zu
verfestigen.
15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, bei dein die Temperatur im
Bereich von 70 bis 90 ºC gehalten wird.
16. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Präparats nach einem der
Ansprüche 1 bis 11, welches umfaßt Vormischen des
genannten Pestizids mit dem genannten Trägerstoff,
wonach das Substrat hinzugegeben wird.
