Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft Kartone, insbesondere einen Karton, dessen Öffnungsabschnitt luftdicht zugedeckt werden kann, nachdem er einmal geöffnet worden ist.The present invention relates to cartons, in particular to a carton whose opening portion can be hermetically covered after it has been opened once.

Darüberhinaus ist solch ein Karton unhygienisch, wenn der Inhalt nicht auf einmal entleert wird, weil er nicht wiederversiegelbar ist. Bei dem Karton, der mit einer Kappe ausgestattet ist, wird es nicht nur kompliziert im Aufbau, sondern auch unwirtschaftlich, obwohl er wiederversiegelbar bzw. wiederverschließbar ist, und darüberhinaus macht der herausragende Zapfen den Karton kaum angenehm zu handhaben. Fig. 1 bis 3 zeigen einen Karton mit einem oberen Giebelabschnitt, der heißversiegelt ist. Eine Wandplatte 2 eines Kartonkörpers 1 ist aus einem Papier, wie z.B. Kraftpapier bzw. braunem Hartpapier, ausgebildet, wobei beide Seiten davon mit einem Wachs beschichtet sind wie Polyethylen oder irgendeiner anderen geeigneten Substanz, so daß ein Karton in unterschiedlichen Konfigurationen geformt werden kann. Eine innere halbeingeschnittene Linie 3 wird so tief eingeschnitten, wie im wesentlichen die halbe Plattenstärke in einem geeigneten Abschnitt der Wandplatte beträgt, d.h., in der Seite des oberen Abschnittes des Körpers, um eine Öffnung auszubilden, wobei eine äußere halbeingeschnittene Linie 4 über die Hälfte der Stärke einer Wandplatte derart eingeschnitten ist, daß sie den äußeren Umfang der inneren halbeingeschnittenen Linie (Fig. 2, 3) umgibt. Die inneren und äußeren halbeingeschnittenen bzw. halbeingekerbten Linien 3, 4 sollten so geschnitten sein, daß die Kerben bzw. die Einschnitte eine vorbestimmte Tiefe von den inneren und äußeren Oberflächen der Platten haben, oder daß der tiefste Punkt jeder halbeingeschnittenen Linie angrenzend an die inneren und äußeren Oberflächen der Platte angeordnet ist, d.h., tief genug, um über den tiefsten Punkt jeder halbeingeschnittenen Linie zu sein. Mit dieser Anordnung können die Flächen, die innerhalb und außerhalb der halbeingeschnittenen Linien 3, 4 angeordnet sind, leicht abgezogen werden. Der Spalt zwischen den inneren und äußeren halbeingeschnittenen Linien 3, 4 kann je nach Inhalt, Form des Kartonkörpers, Festigkeit des Papiermaterials und dergleichen geändert werden. Die Kunststoff-laminierte Schicht 8 wird durch Dehnen einer Anzahl von Kunststofffilmen (in diesem Ausführungsbeispiel sind es zwei Bögen von solchen Filmen), in der diagonalen Richtung und einstückiges Verbinden vorbereitet, so daß sich die Dehnrichtungen zueinander überkreuzen. Die Kunststoff- laminierte Schicht 8 hat im Vergleich zu Papier oder irgendeinem anderen Kunststoffmaterial eine überaus hohe Zugfestigkeit, Schlagfestigkeit usw. . Die Aluminiumfolie 6 wirkt auf die Abziehlasche so, daß sie sich von dem Öffnungsabschnitt wegbiegt, wenn die Abziehlasche abgezogen wird. Die Abziehlasche 5 ist mit einem abziehbaren Abschnitt 10 und einem nicht abziehbaren Abschnitt 11 versehen, der den Abziehvorgang beendet. Das freie Ende des abziehbaren Abschnittes 10 ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Faltlinie angeordnet, an der ein Teil der äußeren halbeingeschnittenen Linie 4 angrenzt, und kann aus einer nicht haftenden Schicht und einer Abziehführung 12 mit einer Spitze zum leichten Abziehen ausgebildet sein. Eingeschnittene Linien 13, 13 sind an beiden Seiten des abziehbaren Abschnittes 10 in Richtung des nicht abziehbaren Abschnittes 11 vorgesehen, und es ist ferner ein eingeschnittener Abschnitt 14 ausgebildet zum Verbinden mit jeder eingekerbten Linie 13, um die in die Abziehrichtung angelegte Kraft zu verteilen. Wie es in Fig. 1 gezeigt ist, ist jede eingeschnittene Linie 13 von der Seite zu der Innenseite der Abziehlasche gekrümmt, erstreckt sich linear von dem inneren Ende des gekrümmten Abschnittes 15 im wesentlichen längs der Seite der Abziehlasche, um einen nach außen gerichteten Abschnitt 17 zu bilden, der von dem Ende des Innenabschnittes 16 zu der Seite davon geneigt ist, und ist ein gerichteter Abschnitt. Jedoch sind die eingeschnittenen Linien 13 nicht auf die oben gezeigten begrenzt, sondern können von unterschiedlicher Anordnung sein, wie z.B. der in den Fig. 4 bis 6, wo im wesentlichen L-förmig eingeschnittene Linien 13, 13 ausgebildet sind, wobei jede eine gekrümmte Linie in einer Richtung unterschiedlich von der Richtung, mit der die eingeschnittenen Linien an ihrem inneren Ende vorgesehen sind, aufweisen, d.h., einer kreisbogenförmigen Kerbe 14 ähnlich einem Schlüsselloch (Fig. 4). Eingeschnittene Linien 13, 13 sind andererseits in der diagonalen Richtung ausgebildet, wobei jede eine kleine kreisförmige Kerbe 14 an ihrem inneren Ende hat (Fig. 5). Ferner sind eingeschnittene Linien 13, 13 linear längs den jeweiligen Seiten des abziehbaren Abschnittes 10 geschnitten, wobei jede eine kleine kreisförmige Kerbe 14 innerhalb des nicht abziehbaren Abschnittes 11 hat, die breiter als der abziehbare Abschnitt ist (Fig. 6). Folglich können die eingekerbten Linien so geformt sein, daß die Abziehwirkung vereinfacht wird, wobei die Einschnitte so aufgebaut sind, daß der Abziehvorgang wirkungsvoll beendet wird. Darüberhinaus kann der nicht abziehbare Abschnitt auf beiden Seiten vorgesehen sein, oder der äußere Umfang des abziehbaren Abschnittes und der Abziehlasche können von der Außenseite eines der abziehbaren Abschnitte abgezogen werden, wobei der Abziehvorgang an der Grenze des gegenüberliegenden, nicht abziehbaren Abschnittes beendet wird (nicht dargestellt).The peel tab 5 is attached to the wall panel in a manner that covers the entire circumference of the outer half-cut line 4. Das Vorsehen der Kunststoff-laminierten Schicht 8 vermindert das Problem, das durch die Abziehlasche hervorgerufen wird, deren eingeschnittene Linien jenseits der Kerben abgezogen wurden oder, daß die Lasche vollständig abgezogen wurde. Andererseits ermöglicht das Vorsehen der Aluminiumfolie, daß sich die Abziehlasche biegt, so daß folglich verhindert wird, daß der Inhalt die Abziehlasche berührt, selbst, wenn der Kartonkörper geneigt wird. Die Umfangskante 21 des Öffnungsabschnittes verhindert, daß der Inhalt das Klebemittel berührt und es deshalb nicht verschmutzt, weil die Umfangskante 21 des Öffnungsteils zusammen mit der Wandplatte ohne die Haftlage abgezogen wird. Claims

1. A carton having an inner half-cut line (3) cut over half the thickness of a wall panel of a carton body (1) formed of paper material and bent along a fold line on the inner surface of the wall panel in the shape of an opening, an outer half-cut line (4) cut over half the thickness of the wall panel in the outer surface thereof so as to surround the outer periphery of the inner half-cut lines, and a peeling tab (5) glued to the side of the wall panel so as to cover the outer half-cut line and having a peelable portion (10) with a free end and a non-peelable portion (11), wherein the adhesive force between the peelable portion of the peeling tab and the portion enclosed by the outer half-cut line is greater than the peeling force resulting in peeling between the outer portion enclosed by the outer half-cut line and the inner portion enclosed by the inner half-cut line, from the wall panel, so that the outer portion enclosed by the outer half-cut line and the inner portion enclosed by the inner half-cut line can be peeled off the wall panel and connected to the peel-off tab, a part of the outer half-cut line (4) being formed adjacent to the fold line of the carton, and the free end of the peel-off tab on the side opposite the fold line side is arranged on the half-cut lines (3, 4).
