Glass washing device From known glass washing and brushing devices
The invention differs in that with the drinking glass one over the apparatus
articulated lever is depressed, which by means of a spring action
standing rod and a lever opens the valve. The upper lever and this one
compared to aasgelenkener resilient counterpressure are fork-shaped, so that glasses
different shape and size are always fed centrally to the brushes and one
Braking of the turbine by side pressure is not possible, that also the pressurized water
by means of a slotted slide valve which is pressed together by springs
is fed to the drive and flushing water line and the through openings in
the slide plates are arranged offset so that only one of the tubes for
the flushing and pressurized water supply line receives the full water pressure and by moving it up and down
the slide plate pre-purge, turbine drive and post-purge alternately
operated with full water pressure.
The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. I shows the device in longitudinal section, and Fig. 2 shows the forked one
Form of the opening lever and the counter pressure.
o und i verbunden, so daß zuerst mit vollem Wasserdruck ein Strahl das Glas vorspült;
und die Bleichgestimmte' Federung verhindert seitliches Abdrücken des Trinkglases:The device is connected to the water pipe in a known manner. If a glass i is pressed onto the opening lever 6, the slide m is lifted by means of the rod x and the lever v, thereby connecting the openings o and i, so that a jet first rinses the glass with full water pressure; When the glass is pressed down further, the openings o and i close, and p and la are connected, whereby the full water pressure is directed against the turbine blades d and the turbine c is set in circulation with the brushes e and f. When the glass is withdrawn from the device, the return spring 2 moves the lever 6 and v back from the position shown in dotted lines to the starting position. The slide m also returns to its starting position, with openings p and h closing first, and openings o and i, on the other hand, being fully opened again so that rinsing takes place with full water pressure. Inserting the glass is made easier by the forked shape of the lever 6 and the counter pressure 9, and the pale-tuned suspension prevents the drinking glass from being pushed off sideways:
