Wrapping machine for endless films As the wrapping machines
for. In the case of film devices, endless films usually have a horizontally arranged spool plate
on which the individual rollings of the film rest with their edges,
there is a need to unwind the film tape from inside the film spool
to twist out spirally in order to feed it to the film device via pulleys.
Since the film tape slides along several guides, it will go through both
Tensile and friction as well as twisting are so stressed that it is mostly
tears after a short period of operation.
According to the invention in a wrapping machine for endless
Films with a horizontal reel disc driven only by the film tension make the film extraordinary
spared and achieved a considerable extension of its operating time through a
Freely rotatable film guide disk above the center of the spool disk, its diameter
is approximately equal to the inner diameter of the film roll and that of the plane of the
Spool plate is so inclined that the film on its edge when unwinding from the
Runs out inside the bobbin. Thanks to their special arrangement over the middle
of the track disc, this guide disc can have the largest possible diameter
and be inclined so that the twisting of the film tape is very gradual
a curved surface takes place so that. cannot form corners in the film.
This increases the service life of the films many times over that of those
Spools with no or much smaller guide rollers, which are located on the edge of the
horizontal reel plates are arranged.
In den Abb. i und a sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes
dargestellt. In Figs. I and a are two embodiments of the subject of the invention
shown.
In Abb. i ist a der Spulenteller, auf welchem der Film b in mehreren
Windungen aufliegt.
des Spulentellers geneigte Filmführungsscheibe d dreht sich frei um ihre Achse c;
eines Blechbügels i befestigt.
In Fig. I, a is the spool plate, on which the film b in several
Turns. The reel plate a rotates around the axis c. The one on the plane
the inclined film guide disk d rotates freely about its axis c;
which circulates in the camp f. By means of an adjusting ring g, the disk d is in its
held correct position. The bearing f is by means of a holding device La
a sheet metal bracket i attached. The film guide pulley d is arranged so that
the running film tape between the folded edge h of the disk d and one on
the disc riveted ring L is guided. Through these two parts the
on the spool a lying film turns from two sides so that they
cannot get stuck on the beveled side wall m of the reel plate a.
This ensures that the film tape does not tear due to excessive stress
and that it is properly guided when unwinding.
Another embodiment
the subject of the invention is shown in Fig.2. In this case, the
The film guide disk has the shape of a widening towards the spool plate p
Truncated cone and is on the fixed axis o, around which the spool plate
p rotates, stored. For this purpose, a sleeve q with a for is on the axis o
Axis o inclined pin .r attached, on which the film guide disk n is free
is rotatably mounted. So that the friction when rotating the film guide disk
is as small as possible, this runs in the present case on a ball s, which
between the pivot r and the bottom or bearing sleeve t of the film guide pulley
n is inserted .. The ball bearing of the film guide disk can of course also
be carried out in any other way. So that the film guide disc
while the film is running by the pull on the film strip b 'not from the axle journal r
can be lifted off, an annular steel wire fuse u_ is provided, which
the bearing sleeve includes t and through an incision in this in a groove on the
Pivot r engages. The turns v des resting on the reel plate p

Film tape over the outer surface y of the frustoconical film guide disk n,
which is thereby set in rotation. So that the film tape does not go over the edge
y the film guide disc can slip out, this is at least on one side
provided with a flange-like elevation N, through which the sliding of the film tape
upwards is prevented.
