Bei einem derartigen elektrischen Standtauchsieder ist nun gemäß der Erfindung der Rohrständer in der Höhe verstellbar. Damit wird erreicht, daß der Standtauchsieder auch für solche Gefäße verwendbar ist; die unter ihrem Boden noch einen mehr oder weniger hohen Aufstellrand besitzen, wie z. B. bei Kaffee- und Teekannen in Zierformen aus Metall oder keramischem Material. In solchen Fällen kann die Eintauchtiefe des Heizkörpers durch Verstellung des Rohrständers der Bodenhöhe des benutzten Gefäßes angepaßt werden. Von weiterem Vorteil ist die Einrichtung auch für Standtauchsieder mit veränderlicher Ausladung des Heizkörpers.
