1879. Klasse 38. HEINRICH LORENTZ in STETTIN. Neuerungen an Hobelbänken. Patentirt im Deutschen Reiche vom 28. Februar 1879 ab. Die Neuerung an vorliegender Construction besteht darin, dafs die Führung der Hinterzange wesentlich dadurch verbessert ist, dafs dieselbe fast auf die ganze Länge der Hobelbank bis zur Vorderzange sich erstreckt und ganz eingelassen ist, wenn die mit der Einspannvorrichtung versehene Hobeltischplatte auf einen gewöhnlichen Tisch befestigt werden sol]. Ferner besitzt die Vorderzange meiner Hobelbank dieselbe Construction wie die Hinterzange, wodurch das Einspannen der. Werkstücke an der äufsersten Kante möglich ist; die Führung erstreckt sich hier auf die ganze Breite der Tischplatte. Fig. ι zeigt einen Längsschnitt nach A-B, Fig. 2 einen Qerschnitt nach C- D, Fig. 3 einen Grundrifs, Fig. 4 einen Querschnitt nach E-F. Die Zange A besteht aus dem Einspannklotz a und dem Lagerstück b für die Schraubenspindel d, welche durch die oberen und seitlichen Deckbretter e und f verbunden sind. Die letzteren umfassen die an der Tischplatte B befestigte Leiste g, welche zugleich die Mutter der Spindel d bildet. Mit dem Einspannklotz α sind unterhalb der Tischplatte B eine oder mehrere Führungsleisten h verbunden, welche ziemlich unter die ganze Tischplatte hinwegreichen und sich in den Führungsstangen / führen. Für gröfsere Hobelbänke kann der Einspannklotz, sowie die Führungsleisten etc. und Stege aus Metall bestehen und der Einspannklotz event, auch noch mit Holz bekleidet werden. In derselben Weise ist die Vorderzange eingerichtet, nur ist hier die Leiste g an einem Arm in befestigt, der mit dem Kopfende der Tischplatte verbunden ist; die Schraube 0 giebt dem Ganzen noch einen gröfseren Halt. Die in Fig. 5, 6 und 7 dargestellte Hobeltischplatte ist so eingerichtet, dafs sie auf jedem gewöhnlichen Tisch befestigt werden kann. Zu diesem Zwecke ist die Führungsleiste g in die Tischplatte eingelassen, so dafs kein Theil der Führung vorspringt. Die Platte wird mittelst zweier eiserner Schraubenzwingen / oder auf andere Weise am Tisch befestigt. Paten τ-Ansprüche: Die vorbeschriebenen Neuerungen an Hobelbänken, insbesondere:1879. Class 38.
