Description

Process for the recovery of pure paper stock from manganese color printed waste paper There are already processes for the recovery of pure paper stock known from waste paper printed with ordinary, in particular soot, according to which the frayed and optionally using alkaline earths, acidic salts or non-volatile ones Acids from the waste paper pretreated at normal or elevated temperature various impurities caused by the action of water jets or by blow-down is released. It is also known to use waste paper printed with manganese paint acidic, reducing liquids; especially = special stilfites; at ordinary temperature to bleach. However, it has been found that these known methods do not are sufficient to obtain pure paper stock from waste paper printed with manganese ink. Even after the last-mentioned process, there is always some discoloration of the paper to be determined because in the opened paper stock all of it was darkly colored Color varnish (2.5 to 3 ° 4) as well as the other additional beauty products are left behind. In this way, TJan only gets a good mix Product usable for pure paper stock: It has now been found that one completely pure and white paper stock made from waste paper printed with manganese ink can win without the use of expensive, reducing bleaching liquids, if you carry out the bleaching at boiling temperature and that in the fiber mass still remaining unbleachable components of the printing ink, in particular varnishes, then removed by spraying with hot water. By performing the bleach at the boiling temperature In addition to the bleaching of the manganese color, the varnishes are also largely sterile Measures softened, which then while maintaining their softened state through Application of hot water can be easily hosed off.

As a reducing agent for dissolving the manganese is known to be suitable particularly good bisulfite solution; but you can also use other acidic, reducing agents Apply liquids.

Gefä,ß 30 Minuten lang .gekocht und anschließend auf einem Sieb mittels heißen Wassers abgespritzt.EXAMPLE 100 kg of shredded waste paper printed with manganese paint is boiled with a solution of 1 to 2 kg of sodium bisulfite in Zoo 1 water for about 20 minutes in a washing machine and then sprayed on a sieve using hot water. Examples 100 kg of shredded waste paper printed with manganese ink are boiled with 200010.5 ° 10 Rongalite solution in an open vessel for 30 minutes and then sprayed on a sieve using hot water.
