Gemäß Abb. 2 und 3 .sind die Zylinder d, d1, d2 . .. des Zy- linderblocks derart nebeneinander angeordnet, daß durch ihre Achsen gelegte Symmetrieebenen x-x schräg zu .der Längsmittelebene y-y der Zylinderreihe liegen und die nebeneinanderliegenden Spülkanäle cl, c2 zweier benachbarter Zylinder zwischen letzteren in Umfangsrichtung der Zylinder verlaufen. Der Abstand der Zylinder wird also nur von der Breite eines Spülschlitzes bestimmt, so daß eine sehr gedrängte Bauweise des Motors ermöglicht wird.
