Description
Procedure. for keeping pipelines clean for waste water containing substances of paper machines and the like. The like. Recently, instead of fresh water, the resulting from the sieve of the machine has been used Waste water used for cleaning the sieves through spray pipes. But there is the danger that in the long and relatively narrow pipelines that the sewage to the storage tank or to the pit and from there via a pump to the spray pipe lead, the paper stock contained in the wastewater settles and these pipelines clogged, which can lead to interruption of operation. It has therefore been necessary so far have become to clean these pipes by hand at relatively short intervals, which is cumbersome and also requires a shutdown of the entire paper machine.
In order to avoid this disadvantage, according to the invention the sewage conducted through the pipeline is set in vortex by the fact that it flows into the inside smooth-walled pipelines is fed in the tangential direction, or within the pipeline by special mechanical devices driven by a power source, such as propellers, screws, blades, etc., is whirled.
It is known that the water in pipelines increases in eddies to prevent any foreign bodies carried along by the water from settling to avoid. For this purpose, the inner wall of the pipes was made helical arranged ribs gder grooves provided. These are mostly pipes of large diameter, such as those used in urban water pipes and sewers Find use. For pipes with a relatively small diameter, such as they are needed on the paper machine, but the creation of such grooves or ribs are not possible, the tubes must rather be smooth-walled on the inside. the Pipes would also be way too expensive if they were specially designed for this purpose wanted to perform in the known manner, and they would above all be discontinuing the Do not prevent paper stock, but rather promote it.
It has also been proposed to use fibrous paper machine wastewater in spray pipes with a smooth inner wall by tangential introduction or by mechanical means to set powered devices within the pipe in vortex. In contrast The present invention is about keeping glass clean and not perforated Line pipes.
