Der Erfindung liegt die Erkenntnis zugrunde, daß diese Ausbildung
der Bajonettfassung nicht ausreicht, um einen völlig sicheren Gebrauch der Fassung
zu gewährleisten. Hat nämlich, wie bisher, der zur Aufnahme des Haltestiftes der
Lampe dienende Schlitz des Fassungsmantels die Form eines einfachen Winkels, dessen
einer Schenkel axial und dessen anderer Schenkel tangential gerichtet ist, so kann
beim Entfernen der Lampe aus der Fassung der im Innern der Fassung gegebenenfalls
auftretende Explosionsdruck die Lampe heraustreiben, so daß trotz der langen Bemessung
des Fassungsmantels und des Lampensockels die Explosionsflammen aus der Fassung
heraustreten. Gemäß der Erfindung erhalten bei einer explosionssicheren Bajonettfassung
der bis zu der Unterkante der Bajonettschlitze ringsum geschlossene Teil des Fassungsmantels
und der Glühlampensockel eine solche Länge, daß in dem zwischen diesem Teil des
Fassungsmantels und dem Glühlampensockel vorhandenen Ringspalt etwa im Innern der
Fassung auftretende Explosionsflammen erstickt werden, so daß sie außerhalb der
Fassung befindliche explosionsgefährliche Gase nicht zu entzünden vermögen, und
außerdem die zur Aufnahme des Haltestiftes der Glühlampe dienenden Schlitze des
Fassungsmantels eine derartige Form, beispielsweise Schraubenlinien- oder Doppelwinkelform.,
daß ein selbsttätiges Heraustreiben des Lampensokkels aus der Fassung durch einen
beim Entfernen der Lampe im Innern der Fassung auftretenden Explosionsdruck verhindert
ist. Erst durch die Kombination der an sich bekannten Verwendung eines langen Fassungsmantels
mit der ebenfalls für einfache Bajonettfassungen bekannten Schlitzform erhält man
eine weitestgehenden Ansprüchen genügende explosionssichere Fassung.The invention is based on the knowledge that this training

Die Bajonettfassung hat einen Isoliersokkel i, der mittels der öffnungen
2 an einer Unterlage befestigt werden kann. Auf der

des Isoliersockels befindet sich ein zylindrischer Fassungsmantel 3. Im Innern
des Fassungsmantels 3 sind zwei an sich:" bekannte federnde Fußkontakte 4 angeordnet,
die durch. die Anschlußschienen 5 mit den, Anschlußklemmen 6 verbunden sind. 8 ist
der zur Aufnahme des Haltestiftes der Lampe dienende Schlitz des Fassungsmantels.
Erfindungsgemäß hat der Schlitz 8 die Form eines Doppelwinkels. Ist die in der Zeichnung
gestrichelt dargestellte Lampe 9 in die Bajonettfassung eingesetzt, so befindet
sich der Haltestift io der Lampe an der Stelle i z des Schlitzes (Fig. i). Zweckmäßig
ist in bekannter Weise der Schlitz an dieser Stelle mit einer Kerbe 12 versehen,
in die sich der Haltestift legt. Dadurch ist ein selbsttätiges Lockern der Lampe
in der Fassung verhindert. Soll die Lampe aus der Fassung entfernt werden, so drückt
man zunächst die Lampe in Richtung auf den Isoliersockel i und dreht sie nach links.
Alsdann kann die Lampe aus der Fassung herausgezogen werden. Tretgen beim Entfernen
der Lampe an den Fußkontakten q. des Isoliersockels i und den Fußkontakten 13
der Lampe 9 Funken auf, die zur Entstehung einer Explosion im Innern der Fassung
führen, so kann der Explosionsdruck die Lampe nur so weit heraustreiben, bis der
Haltestift i o sich an die Stelle 14 des Schlitzes 8 anlegt (Fig.2). In diesem Falle
ist aber der Innenraum der Fassung infolge der Länge des Glühlampensockels und des
in sich geschlossenen Teils des Fassungsmantels noch hinreichend gegenüber der Umgebung
abgedichtet, so daß die Explosionsflammen nicht aus der Fassung heraustreten können.
Wird die Lampe nun zum zweiten Male nach links gedreht, so ist -die Explosion im
Innern der Fassung bereits erloschen. Die Lampe kann -alsdann, ohne die Umgebung
