Loading device The invention relates to a loading device, in particular
for underground operation, with an endless scraper conveyor, in which
lower end, pushing itself into the pile, picked up the conveyed material and after
the upward conveyance in a channel at its upper end in a mine car or in
another funding is carried out.
In the known devices of this type, the endless conveyor
at both ends either just around vertically or only around horizontally positioned deflection wheels
guided. If the deflection wheels are arranged horizontally, the scraper arms are only on one side
arranged on an endless conveyor chain, mostly articulated, so that the scraper arms
in the returning slack side to be erected to save space or hang down freely
can. The novelty of the invention is that the lower end by one
Almost horizontally arranged deflection pulley guided conveyor chain at the upper end
the conveyor trough leading upwards around a vertical drive pulley to a horizontal one
Drive shaft is guided, to which the scraper arms during the revolution approximately parallel
stay and only after leaving the drive pulley in the slack side initially from
the chain hanging freely and then through a guide bar across the chain
be swiveled into the horizontal position in such a way that they are when the
Chain on the horizontal pulley facing outwards. During circulation
The guide of the scraper arms from the drive shaft to the drive shaft goes around the drive pulley
coaxially cylindrically curved inner bottom on a supporting it from the outside
Guide plate over. This arrangement offers the advantage of great security against accidents,
because the scraper arms do not swing freely during the discharge into the mine car
can, while the horizontal arrangement of the drive shaft is structurally simple
Design of the drive part - without bevel gears or other angular drives - allows.
According to a further feature of the invention, the scraper arms hang with in the chain direction
lying hinge pins on chain straps, which in the conveying strand only with their
the legs carrying the hinge pin from a laterally arranged in the conveyor trough floor
The chain guide channel protrude. As a result of this arrangement are in circulation around the
Drive chain pulley the striker legs directed radially outward, so that
the hinge pin and the scraper arms are also outside the sprocket teeth,
which therefore only to be set up for normal chain intervention and none
needs to have weakening breakthroughs for the laterally directed scraper arms.

The drawing illustrates an embodiment of the invention

i arranged. At the lower end of the rising conveyor trough 7 is a
laterally approximately semicircular extended grd-. plate 2 with a fixed pivot
13 an approximately horizontal plane around the baffle 14. At the upper end
the tangentially adjoining conveyor trough 7 is below its outlet end
the disk 4 arranged, which is parallel to the conveying direction in a perpendicular
Plane rotates. The disk 4 is expediently at the same time deflection and drive pulley and
receives its power drive from a motor with a reduction gear housed in the frame t.
The endless conveyor 9 runs at the lower end into the conveyor trough
7 a. A chain guide channel 26 is located in the bottom of the channel on the side wall facing the deflection disks
arranged (Fig.4). Only protrude from the link chain sliding in this channel
the upwardly directed legs of the striker 22 out, on which the scraper arms
12 are fastened with the hinge pins 23 (Fig.2). The chain guide channel26 is
expediently covered by the bent-back side wall of the conveyor trough in such a way that
that the conveyed material is kept away from the chain guide channel (Fig.4). The floor
the conveyor trough is coaxial with the shaft of the vertical at the upper outlet end
Drive pulley 4 curved cylindrically. Below the drop is also a part
arranged coaxially to the shaft cylindrically curved guide plate 18, which
the scraper arms 12 is supported from the outside. After the chain g has run out of the guide plate
18, the scraper arms 12 swing out of the horizontal position and hang on the conveyor chain
downward. After the slack chain has been deflected around an approximately horizontal deflection pulley
i 9, the scraper arms are opposed by a guide rail 2o at their free lower end
their direction in the conveying strand swung out transversely to the chain direction and arrive
@ so- in their working position on the lower deflection pulley 14. The flanged pulleys 16
and 17 of the deflection pulley expediently protrude beyond the grooved rim 15 so far that the
The scraper arms are secured against folding up or down (Fig.3).
