In der Patentschrift No. 62950 ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer wässerigen sauren Lösung von m-Amidobenzaldehyd beschrieben, aus welcher durch Zusatz von Alkalien der als Anhydro-m-amidobenzaldehyd bezeichnete Körper abgeschieden wird, darin bestehend, dafs man die Bisulfitverbindung des m-Nitrobenzaldehyds mit reducirenden Agentien behandelt.
