Description

Process for the production of wood with deep pores, for example - of oak wood, imitative surface pattern ES is known for imitation deep-pored wood grains the wood pores with a needle in freehand work carve into a surface. This procedure presupposes artistic talent and greatness Skill of the performer and requires a long production time. It has already been suggested to measure the measles by means of cut-out templates to brush on a surface. The design does not correspond to the natural grain deep-pored woods and shows. the disadvantage that the ridges easily jump off. It has also been proposed to have a grain in an applied layer of paint dig in and fill in the recesses with a darker shade. mirrors . or blessening can already occur before the measles is developed, but after completion imitation by arranging light colors in the base coat using stencils ; or by wiping away or thinning the paint. The order the masetung is done freehand in artistic work. The procedure is also cumbersome, as different colors have to be used.-The invention relates to a process for the production of its imitation of deep-pored woods and consists in placing a stencil on an area appropriately covered with Ritzfarben.e and the cutouts of this template, which follow the outlines of a wood core grain are made, are combed by means of a steel comb. This will be the grain produced in a simple and quick manner, without great demands , to be placed on the skill of the person carrying out the work. The pores run parallel to each other, and it is possible by turning the template over, exactly mirror images To create grains next to each other. The method is carried out, for example, as follows: that on any surface made of wood, iron, cardboard to. Like. A top and scratch paint applied and on this one cut out according to the outlines of the grain of an oak wood Template is placed. The cutouts of the template are then marked with a Combed steel comb. After removing the template, the surface has a natural appearance looking wood core grain of an oak wood.
