Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zum Bemalen von Linoleum o. dgl. fetthaltigen Unterlagen, welches ermöglicht, die fetthaltige Unterlage derart zu präparieren, daß Malereien in Öl, Tempera oder mit Wasserfarben wie auf gewöhnliche Leinwand o. dgl. Unterlagen ausgeführt werden können. Das neue Verfahren bringt außerdem den Vorteil mit sich, daß die Malereien auf der Unterlage wetterfest haften, so daß sie ohne weiteres im Freien, an Fenstern usw. den Unbilden der Witterung ausgesetzt werden können.
