  1. 45 Patentanspruch:
    Weitere Ausbildung des Verfahrens nach Patent 528109, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem mit warmem Wasser angerührten Roggenmehl statt V2 o/o Milchsäure ein Gemisch von 1 0/0 Milchsäure und Y2 % Essigsäureäthylester vor dem Zentrifugieren der Masse zugesetzt wird.
