Heizgase zwingt, in dem Ringraum zwischen der Außenwand des Kochgefäßes und dem
Zwischenmantel emporzusteigen und durch den Ringraum zwischen Außen- und Zwischenmantel
wieder nach unten zu fallen, bis sie aus Öffnungen am unteren Rande des Mantels
